to my extended online family here for your support through the week from hell I had last week.

I am slowing trying to get back into the routine things (ie-trading music Cd's/DVD's) and will eventually get back to my somewhat ol' self (Though things will never be the same as before).

I would also like to thank the Ledgie's who thought of the idea to have the National Arbor Day Foundation donate 10 trees to be planted/registered in Gallatin National Forest near Yellowstone National Park in my Mother's name...Man, That was one of the coolest (And unexpected) things for me to see once I made it back to our (Deb & myself) house.

I love y'all...

I'm so glad to see you back. If you need anything, just holler (as we say down here in the South). My thoughts and prayers are still with you as you settle back into your routine.

I am trying to get back into a normal life, well as normal as can be now...Just don't feel like jumping into life headfirst anymore, Not really ready to actually....Just taking babysteps, Have to go forward because that is how my Mother taught me to be.

Keep moving forward at your own pace, and don't forget to allow yourself to revisit the past from time to time.

And always know that we're all here supporting you.

it's appreciated more than anyone (Except for one who is looking down at me from above) can ever know.

Been listening to my anti-depression disc, Which is Dream Theater's "Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence" disc #2 to get me by...The same disc that helped when I came close to losing Deb in 2004 to cancer, The same disc that made me cry this evening as I drove back home.

My loving older sis Lesa said I will experience good days/bad days, But that is to be expected...Everything has to be on the upswing now I guess, Nothing, I mean nothing was worse than hearing the 2 words that absolutely devastated me "Mom's gone...". I screamed at the top of my lungs a primal scream that only someone who felt their soul die would know (I screamed for what I would say was 1-2 minutes and cried/bawled-my-eyes-out for 15 minutes til I regained composure).

I feel better today than I did yesterday...But I am only taking baby steps at this moment, I know that I have to go forward and get my life back to as normal as possible and to take care of Deb...Mom wanted that more than anything, She only asked that us kidz take care of our families up til she departed to become an angel to watch over us all...And as our family says "What Mom wants is what Mom gets..."!!

Brian, I am glad to hear that you are trying to get back to normal. It does take some time and some days will be better then others. Taking babysteps is the best way to go. You will be fine but it does take some time.

You know that you have the care and support from us Ledgies. :)

Brian,
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss, there is nothing I can say that would sound right...I hope things get a brighter for you, they say all bad things come in threes, so I think yours should be over now.
