It's satire. Check out http://www.billionairesforbush.com. This group makes fun of the fact that billionaires are Bush's "base" and they demonstrate with signs such as "More blood for oil", "Make Social Security neither", and use names like I. M. Money and such.

I wonder if the party is real. Even so, I wouldn't be able to go. It would have been fun to go to a satirical party.
