View Full Version : Nicks/Henley Tour "Rumoured" To Be Confirmed

Well, I have heard conflicting stories about this one but let me tell you what I have heard just now.

There is an Eagles Fansite and message board that I go to and the webmaters just posted that they talked to the Eagles tour manager last night and that he confirmed the Nicks/Henley tour this summer. :shrug:

They also said that they talked to Joe Walsh and he said that the Eagles are going to tour the west coast area in Aug/Sept. So, I guess that this Nicks/Henley tour might be early summer. I do know that Don has a few late April dates in FL ( Hi Alex! :laugh: ) listed on Ticketmaster.

I guess that it is just a waiting game.

I'm so glad I'm seeing her in Vegas, without Don. :D God, I'm lucky right now. :lol: Okay, it's cool if she's touring again, nevertheless....

Don Henley is totally lame! I don't want to waste my time seeing someone sing soft little AM radio songs when Stevie should be doing it alone! Although, to hear them do Leather and Lace and Reconsider Me together would be pretty good.

When Stevie confirmed she was doing "The Highwayman" in Vegas, I got a strong suspician that Don would come out and sing it with her. I REALLY hope he is gonna be off somewhere with the Eagles during that time. She could do it with the girls, right? Or, God Forbid, Waddy? I really do not want him to come out and special guest...I can think of a few people who would make much better 'guests'.
I think I am going to have to commit and go to Vegas...with nothing being confirmed about the summer and the elaborate set she says she is planning, I think I am just gonna suck it up and go. (even though my girls bailed on me... RISSA!) j/k ..you know we will hit some shows this summer. : > )
