"keyboardist Christine McVie, guitarist Lindsay Buckingham and tambourinist Stevie Nicks, are close to their peaks"--sorry, that just hit me as quite funny.

Nice! Thanks for posting. It's weird he doesn't like SYLM, though - That song is so damn catchy and harmonic I can't resist it!!
This part is cool:
"While it is justifiable to dismiss Fleetwood Mac as mere pop music, it is so proficient that it demands respect. Stevie Nicks brings an unpredictable myticism to the group, Buckingham contributes his studio perfectionism and sometimes fiery guitar playing, while McVie is a talented melody writer. These individual talents set Fleetwood Mac apart from an average pop band; when they add genuine emotion in their next album, they are the equal of any more critically favoured group."

tambourinist Stevie Nicks? Wtf? Omg... that is just wrong. As if that can really be considered musicianship in the same league as Lindsey's guitar or Christine's piano/keyboards? Ummm.... I don't think so.

P.S. - just as it annoys some people when Christine is referred to as Chrissy or Christy, it irritates me when people spell Buckingham's name LindsAy. UGH
