Anyone know of a "genuine" pianet sample on a rack or half-rack, but NOT the Voce Electric Piano? I'm also not looking for an expansion board, like the Roland SR-JV-80-08.

Does the E-mu Vintage Pro rack have a pianet patch? Some of the user reviews online imply it does not. The one in the Voce is a dud, unfortunately. The Kurzweil K2600 ROM4 has a pianet, as do one or two other expansion CD-ROMs, but I need a standard module. Anyone know if there's a pianet on the Alesis NanoPiano, the Roland JV1010, the Korg SG Stage Piano or the Kurzweil Micro-Piano?

Sorry David, it's not on mine (Roland XV), and I don't know about any of the others.

In fact, I don't even know what a pianet sounds like.

My, haven't I been useful!

David, I have a Nano Piano that I keep for backup, in case on of my keyboards goes down. I LOVE a few of the electric piano sounds(Alesis, IMO, has always been pretty good at Rhodes sounds). However, I don't have a manual for mine, so I'm not sure what the sound names are. If you find them, I guess I could play them over the phone for you  , so you could hear them.
Mostly out of curiousity, I sometimes follow them on eBay. There was one that ended a couple of days ago, that I think went for $192.00. Lesseee...

Out of curiousity, my lazy ass found the manual. It's a big PDF.

David, did you forget about this thread? I'm curious for your Nanothoughts...
None of them are named Pianet.....my favorite electric sound is Rock Roads. There's a nice hard hammer attack with the velocity of your stroke. Almost a distortion, when you really hit it.
