Free Press is sponsoring a national conference on media reform, to be held in St. Louis, May 13-15. I will probably be going, along with some people from my department. You can apply for scholarships to help pay for costs. (The deadline to apply is Mar. 15.) Al Franken and Amy Goodman are among the speakers.
I know this is around NOTS and possibly some Stevie shows, but it might be something to check into. The website is www.freepress.net
