Although, I enjoy the fact that i can wear any tank top. but honestly, i'd love a lift, too, but I read they can't really do that without also giving you some fake boobs. Although I do have to say that they did shrink a bit since I had the kids, which i guess is a blessing. When I was pregnant w/ Britt they were like double D's , oh dear lord it was awful. I remember crying as i tried on the nursing bras, it was so depressing! But then again, w/ the pregnancy hormones, you cry at anything.

See, if you're tall you can pull it off and look HOT!!! if you're shorter (as I am-- about 5' 1") you look very top heavy/unbalanced etc. but I know they do hurt your back no matter what height you are.

I hear that! Its so hard to find clothes to go out in especially. It seems like no matter what I wear, if it is slightly low cut they seem to pop out by the middle of the night. I used to feel the same way. I never wore a bikini until the past year. I wish I would have. I had a great body before I had a kid. Now it's ok, but I wish I would have taken advantage of it before I got pregnant. AND I had never discoverd the underwire halter! Every bikini top I tried on either wouldn't hold them up, or my boobs wouldn't fit inside the tiny triangle of fabric they called a size large! You should give it a try. Maybe just try one on in a dressing room. It couldn't hurt. No one would see it but you if you didn't want them to!

I kind of agree with that. It's like, if you are top heavy, and wear some skimpy tank top, you may look "different" then I would if I wore one.
Only, i've only kinda been glad that I didn't have big boobs because then i would really look big all over, as my hips are wide, my thighs are big and muscly, etc. I feel like the absense of giant boobs at least gives me some sort of length to my line. Course, I could be full of ****. :laugh: there's also the other side, where I look unproportional, ie, really bottom heavy, with such small boobs. That's not real pleasant. But that's why I hate to be overweight, cause even a little weight really exacerbates the problem. At this point, 15 lbs too heavy, I kinda wish I had a bit more "rack" (and in case you're wondering, no, I didn't gain any of that weight in my chest! :mad: It skipped there, and went to my arms and face :laugh: :rolleyes: )
Anyway, I think all you big boob girls should take much comfort in the fact that many guys love them, and many girls want them. :thumbsup: Sorry about that whole running/back pain thing! :p

I sort of had a similar top last summer, the underwire does help a lot. I like two piece bathing suits because I love the 'boy shorts' for the bottoms, but I always have a tough time finding a good top to match the shorts. I had one black top that almost made me look pretty good, it was kinda like a really supportive bra and was odd to wear out in public. :D

I had to add...Marissa- I agree with so many things you said in this thread. I was in middle school with the gigantic breasts, too, and it bothered me because I think a lot of people thought I was older than I really was. Mine were also a little big in elementary school and it's scary to get inappropriate comments that early on. All of that aside, I think you're lucky that you're tall though, since I imagine you carry them better that way. I'm only 5'4, which isn't particularly short by any means, but it's not particularly tall, either.
