So i'm hanging out after school with my friend in my english teachers room. The principal comes over the intercom, "everyone in the building, pleave evacuate ASAP". So everyone goes out side and they push us on to the sidewalk. It is a bomb threat. Two cop cars come flying around the corner and everyones like "holy ****". I book it and get the hell out of there. Later I learn that there are helicopters circling the school and the bomb squad had to go in.

I'll tell ya if I hear anything

Oh wow. I wish stuff like that would happen at my school. And by that, I mean exciting non-lame stuff.

The last time there was a bomb threat at one of my schools was when I was in 7th grade. There was a backpack just lying around unattended in one of the hallways, and they had each grade leave the building at separate times.

In 10th grade, the upper level of my high school flooded. I forget exactly what happened, but I think it started in one of the bathrooms. That got us out of class for a while.

I work @ a college and I'd say the most exciting thing that happens is during an earthquake...especially since the buildings are up to code for 1927. Good news is we have new buildings being built this year. Then again, the entire south-side of my office will be a floor to ceiling window.

Hope everything turns out OK Jimmy...in that you are safe and maybe you won't have to go to school tomorrow ;)

I love when this happens at my school

There's a lot of angsty weird kids at my school who always say "oh maybe i'll blow up the school har har" and then there's police, fire dept., therapists, etc... invading the school.

I'm glad it wasn't real. I am not glad that i grew up in a town that wouldn't possibly have a bomb threat...

It's such a fun atmosphere in the parking lot when we are evacuated for whatever reason. At my school we can look forward to some kind of accident, sometimes a threat, every other month.

Wait, this has only happaned once? BAHAHAHAHAH I've had a bomb threat twice at my school this year and once last year. This year, they both happaned one day after another! The second day it was even before 1st hour! It was amazing... We know they're fake since people at my school are dumb enough to do this...People pull the fire alarm all the time too! Then last year we also had a water main break, and when I was a freshman there was a gas leak. I love my school! :blob1:

Wow, we never had any bomb threats at my high school. We had tornado warnings, and that can be fun, but maybe not quite as much. We were into anything that would get us out of class, even if it was for a mere fifteen minutes. That's how much grade school sucks! I really hated it, anyway.

Tell me about it! Here, we just find our friends and hang out for however long we're out there. Some kids hide behind cars and smoke. It's crazy.

Sophomore year, I think this was when the upper level flooded a little, we were all outside and I got stung by a bee. But of course, I couldn't go back in until they let us, so I was outside freaking out (I hadn't been stung by a bee in a looooong time). Then they let us back in and I'm in class for 10-15 minutes before my teacher signs the pass to let me go to the Nurse. Insane.

Then there was another time last year, I'm pretty sure it's the same event as mentioned above, the fire alarm went off and my teacher (the same one who took her time signing my pass) looks at us for a few seconds and asks us, "Shall we go?" like she didn't know whether we should leave the building or not. My friend and I look at each other and just start laughing. It was hilarious.

We had a couple of bomb threats even in my little podunk town. We'd just go outside and sit on the playground. Then, in high school, we were "locked" in our classroom while the dogs sniffed for drugs.

Oh, man. In elementary school, there was a tornado that touched down pretty close to the school, so we aaaaall had to pile into the hallways and get in the position for, like, an hour. It was HELL. My teacher was behind me and she was freaking out, and I was humming songs from Wizard of Oz (that was my obsession back then, shut up).

A similar event happened my freshman year, sans Oz and a spazzing teacher. We all just hung out in the room watching the news.

Weird! we didn't have that either. course, i guess it was "the olden days"
actually, the cops would cruise by "stoner wall" every once in awhile (which was like, down the block, but on the same block, as the school...

Oh yeah, we had a lock down for the dogs to sniff our school this year too. It was a few weeks ago. I heard a lot of people got busted. Hahaha. Actually, we just had a bomb threat last Monday that I totally forgot about. They didn't tell us kids, but the teachers had a confrence after school, and I guess it came out from there. But, when the kid called it in, the person that answered the phone told him to stay on the line and HE DID. In that time, the police tracked down where the call was from...Stupid kid. Could have gotten out of school

We had four my junior year of high school (turns out it was a teacher at one of the other schools, btw). One of the elementary schools is behind the high school so we were told to take the long walk back there and meet up in this small auditorium (this was the entire school and faculty, mind you). About an hour later after having been completely crammed in there and getting annoyed, they told us we were going to go back to school because everything had been cleared and three of my friends and I were like, "naaah...let's not" and didn't bother to go back to school after it happened. We went out to lunch instead
