At the Nicksfix, a long time ago, I sent Stevie a question Re: whether or not there are any plans to re-release her solo albums a la Fleetwood Mac (that is, as remastered special editions with extra tracks). On Oct. 19, she responded by saying "As a matter of fact, yes. Hopefully, sometime next year."
Let's hope there's actually some movement on this project and that it's not just an idea of hers at this point!

Sorry, I just realized this should be under Stevie's forum on the board. I'm not a regular... please forgive me.

I'm not holding my breath for tracks like "Julia" or "The Dealer"...look at all the "unreleased" Stevie tracks that we got on the Rumours and Tusk reissues: "Planets" and "Think About It"...songs that had already been released in some other form. I bet we'll get some alternate versions of "Violet and Blue" and "Blue Lamp"...and I'm sure that "Gold and Braid" will also be included.

The Rhiannon themed stuff would be cool too like "Maker of Birds" etc...
I think Sanctuary/The Dealer/She loves him still/Julia are potentially great songs and should be included on any reissues

I don't think that one will ever see the light of day as an official "released" song. I doubt anything was done with it beyond the piano demo that we all know and love.

I want Christian to be released in some way, shape or form. I love this song and the demo is such bad quality.

I could care less what the extras are as long as there is a clear version of Melacine on it.

I hope that song makes it. I don't like it, but I would love to hear the Oprah culture take on "suffer for the love". I think it is the most emotionally unhealthy line Stevie has ever written.
