View Full Version : Any iTunes pros out there? I need help!

Hi-
I need some serious help. I purchased some songs from iTunes on 10/7, burned them to cds through Toast and now they won't play (on computers, in my car nor my cd player). The song titles and time length show on iTunes, but no sound is coming out. I purchased/burned on a computer owned by the university I attend, so I don't have permission to change or override anything. If I can't get them to work, I want to get my money back. It's so frustrating to spend money on things only to have them not work! So if anyone out there has info on how to fix them or getting a refund, please email me at: [email protected] or reply to this post. Thanks in advance.

You might've screwed up in trying to burn them through Toast?- that would be my thought. Burn your CD through iTunes, instead, and see if it works- Pull together a playlist in the iTunes library, then click the 'burn disc' button on the top right corner of the program.

I'm not able to pull up the songs anymore through the store (this isn't my computer...I use one at school and we have to log on/off each session). I'm going to try importing the songs from the burned cd I made back into iTunes and then burning via iTunes. Thanks for your suggestion.
