There are a bunch of outtakes like that. (I don't own them but I have seen a few.) A friend of mine has the original 16x20, like in that auction, of one such shot. He has a lot of really expensive artwork & photography in his home and that's actually the thing he gets the most comments on. Though oddly a lot of people ask him if it's his parents. Like you'd want a nude portrait of your parents as living room art...

It is his - so I have problem with him setting the price :shrug: insane though it may be to us :laugh:

But, I hope one of "us" does buy it because I wanna know what the rumors regarding LB are - does anyone know?

No, dude, I want to spend $50,000 for a portrait that looks as if it's been stored behind your toilet for 30 years. sheesh...

I love the close-up of Stevie's eyes. Truly haunting. But I've always thought Lindsey looks like a big goob in that shot. And I've always hated the fact that his nipples aren't erect. Weren't there any ice cubes on the set? :lol:

Hers are fine but on him it does look a little freaky. And is that a feathered roach clip in her hair? Anyone remember those?

AHHHHHH- The feathered roach clip, I remember them well, along with strings/strips of leather/rawhide mixed in with the feathers....Those were the days, (or at least that is what I read in a book!) ;) ;) ;) ;) :wavey:

Lord Child yes!!!!!! I remember buying like ten of them at Mardi Gras when I was like 10 years old thinking "these are so cool" - the fashion was for the guys to clip them on their hip belt loop or back pocket of their jeans. I was so confused my so any of my 20 something year old Uncle's friends, who I now know were total stoners :laugh: - were very interested in them and I would up missing more than one :laugh:

Bringin this up again...I just looked at the item again to see if anyone had bid on it, and now the description mentions rumours about "Stevie Buckingham." :confused: Didn't it say "Lindsey" before??? Stevie Buckingham??? :laugh: Do these folks REALLY know what they're talkin about?
