Poor guy - I wonder what happened to him

But - I can totally relate to this line!!!

"It caused a lot of fights, having to listen to Stevie Nicks all the time," said Beth O'Neil of Worcester.

 - so - peace be with him!!!!!

Wow, that was really nice - I enjoyed reading that, even though it was sad. I'm glad he died of natural causes (well, not glad) i've been hearing about so many murders...
Rest in Peace, beautiful Stevie fan..... :o

It's only about twenty minutes from me and what's even weirder is that I traded boots with him.

I feel bad for him, hopefully he didn't suffer much. Rest in peace.

diabetic seizure's can be scary...

About 4 years ago, Before Deb's Mother passed away, we went to pick her up after her Dialysis treatment so I parked our car, Unloaded the wheelchair & pushed the wheelchair inside and went to back out into the parking lot to pull the car up so we could depart, When I noticed what at first appearred to be someone "headbangin'" in a car in the parking lot, But there was no music playing.

I looked again at the person sitting in the car and noticed this man, About 45-50 yrs. old having some type of seizure, Because he was looking at me and trying to ask for help...So I ran back into the hospital to alert the staff that there was someone in the parking lot having a seisure. Turns out his blood sugar bottomed out and he was having a severe diabetic seisure, So the RN & Deb (Who is also a nurse) went into the parking lot to assist this gentleman.

Once he was giving his insulin shot & some orange juice his "headbangin'" action subsided and color return to his face. We helped him into a wheelchair and the staff took him inside for more medical attention...That was a scary moment, But being the Deb is also a diabetic I kinda knew how to react (Deb has only bottomed out once on me and that was after one of her recent Radiation treatments...After an "Ice-ee" and some "Chocalate" she felt much better. Btw, What's the deal with women & chocalate anyways??? )

Hey! Wait a minute. I take great offense to that. I'm a damn proud product of the midwest, honey. It made me who I am today. There are good people out there. So good, I've seriously considered moving back.

Note: I'm not really all that offended. Just thought I'd show some support for my peeps. We're not all that bad. I mean, I think I turned out pretty good...at least one can hope.

I don't mean to be disrespectful, but what's with the "navy blue headbands?" I don't recall this particular item being associated with Stevie. Am I missing something?

If you stole a horse in the west and midwest prior probably to 1950 - you'd be shot or hung

BTW and FYI (and mine and everyone's as well ) - from Merriam Webster:

Main Entry: lynch
Pronunciation: 'linch
Function: transitive verb
Etymology: lynch law
: to put to death (as by hanging) by mob action without legal sanction
- lynch·er noun

That whole "person on an open spit" has become passe...

Nowadays "Jimmy Bob", "Billy Bob", "John Bob" & "Bob Bob" now prefer to cut people up and use 'em as "stink bait" for their "trout lines" which produce record sized "channel cats" so they can feed the whole clan (Or is clan now spelt with a "K" these days???)

This is very sad but the article was touching. My father knows the victim's father very well and we live about 15 minutes from Clark. My condolences go out to the whole Venincasa family. :distress:

After I read this article, I couldn't help thinking that if I were to die tomorrow, my mom would write something stupid in my obiturary like, "She was obsessed with that Stevie Nicks from Fleetwood Mac."

Could it be one of these? Hard to imagine a guy wearing especially the first one, but who knows.
