Has anyone heard of this girl? I say girl because I don't know how old she is. I saw her sometime ago on an awards show or something, & I don't remember with who she was singing with, but I was really impressed. Now I've seen her video, You Had Me, & I really like that song. I really like her voice; she is really good. She sounds sort of the like a soul singer, not a pop singer.

Yes, I recently purchased her debut album - "The Soul Sessions", which is a covers album. She has a great, strong voice. I'm not sure how old she is, but I think around seventeen or something, a friend of mine is a huge fan of hers. She also has a new album coming out later this month - "Mind, Body & Soul".

Good Sunday morning to one and all-although I guess it depends on where you are what day it is...
Anywar re/ Joss Stone> she has been getting a lot of airplay here in New Hampshire, USA. She is young and as the media would say "wise beyond her years, in terms of her soulful self"
Being close to Boston, we have a fairly new artist from Massachusetts- Her name is Susan Tadeski (may be the wrong spelling-sorry..) but she also has a bluesy, soulful and very powerful voice...

Seems many new artists are walking the Billie Holiday-Sarah Vaugh-Aretha Franklin-Janice Joplin-early Bonnie Raitt, early Bette Midler and on some songs-Joan Osborne-type of style

What does everyone else think...
just my thought of the day~~eclipse~~
