No, but I recommend Faster Than the Speed of Night, from faster than the speed of night (same album as total eclipse). Also a great version on there of Have You Ever Seen the Rain (originally by Creedence) and It's a Jungle Out There (same album) is fully of cheesy greatness. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will help you soon...but you should get these songs, too  :wavey:

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Faster than the Speed of Night produced by Jim Steinam (sp?) who wrote/produced a lot of Meat Loaf's best stuff?

Normally I would be more than happy to, but being that they're both such long songs ("Total Eclipse" is 7 minutes long, and "Hero" is nearly 6), it would take forever and a day on my dial-up connection. :(

But Sony has a really great Bonnie Tyler compilation, titled 'Super Hits (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00000IQMA/qid%3D1094520280/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/104-1612302-8131947),' which is only $6.98, list price.

It focuses on her Steinman collaborations, so, basically, if you like "Total Eclipse" and "Hero," you're bound to like the rest of the tracks.

Yes, Bonnie's 'Faster Than The Speed Of Night' and 'Secret Dreams And Forbidden Fire' albums were both produced by Jim Steinman, of Meat Loaf fame.

He also produced two tracks for her 1995 'Free Spirit' album (remakes of "Making Love Out Of Nothing At All" and "Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad," which are both also Steinman-penned tunes), and the song "Tire Tracks And Broken Hearts," which was written by Steinman with Andrew Lloyd Webber for their Broadway collaboration, 'Whistle Down The Wind.'

Try WinMX.

There is somebody out there who thinks that Stevie sang Total Eclipse of the Heart so you can get that one by looking up Stevie Nicks=:-)I downloaded it once to see if it was Stevie covering the song but it was Bonnie Tyler just as I had thought it would be.

Total Eclipse of the Heart and Hero.. I love those songs. Her voice is a bit like Stevie's, don't you think? I like her voice a lot.

I don't have a copy of them though, but I hope you've found one by now..

Fair enough. I shall look for the song. Now my mind is running with the idea of a Stevie-Bonnie duet.. battling it out on vocals.. that could be very cool.

 or very croak-ey. You could probably take the edge off a board with the sound those two would make together! (I love them both, they have my favorite voice)

Bonnie's co-written a handful of songs over the course of her career, but about 98% of her material has been written by someone else.

A lot like Cher and Tina Turner, who've both also co-written a couple of tunes, by largely rely on other songwriters.
