mine is kinda an all year guilty pleasure, since i am a stay @ home mom w/ a small home daycare~ i never miss "starting over", 4 any1 who doesn't know what it is. a reality show started by mtv, but it is women who r , well, screwed up in someway or another & they come 2 this big beautiful home, 2 get support by the other women, & therapy, counseling, whatever they need 2 start their lives over, some of it has been petty, but their have been some real serious, heartbreaking stories, & i admit very addicting!!!~

My TV guilty pleasure has gotten really expensive. I am addicted to TV DVD season box sets! Just Friends seasons 1-7 alone have cost well over three hundred bucks, I Love Lucy Season Two comes out tomorrow, for some reason I have become obsessed with Dawson's Creek box sets, Three's Company- I have been buying, The Jeffersons... it is really getting out of hand! Almost every tv show is going to DVD! And me, being a huge tv fan, want the box sets of every single one of my favorite shows!

I was watching The Price Is Right like a grandma during summer. Hooboy.

But right now, I'm back to my normal school-time schedule. Buffy rerun when I wake up on FX every day, Reno on Wednesdays, Dead Like Me repeat on Friday, new Dead Like Me on Sunday. :D

new Dead Like Me on Sunday. :D

Isn't Dead Like Me the best show ever? I love Geaorge and Delores Herbig of course! The show is so strange and quirky I love it!

TV shows on DVD are an addiction of mine, too. I'm proud of myself for not buying Alias Season 3 next week when its released- I told my mom I want it for my birthday, at the end of September.

My big summer guilty pleasure has been a complete and total over-indulgence in all things Gilmore Girls. Including the Season 1 DVDs. At least it's not Summerland or something!

Hey, at least you know what self-restraint is. 'Tis a concept foreign to me.

Roxy is, by far, the best character. ;) Daisy's growing on me this season. But yes, I do love George at work. Delores is just SO CRAZY and funny and George is so offbeat and sarcastic. It just works.

There has to be something going on with Crystal, too. Has to be.

It doesn't work for me, but I try. I'm doing the restraint with the DVDs- but got annoyed so I went and bought $75 worth of CDs yesterday at lunch. But hey- I stuck to my original goal and haven't bought the DVDs I want yet!

You'll have to post about how the Alias DVDs are (I assume you're getting them?)... I missed a lot of the third season, so I'm looking forward to getting fully acquainted with it, even if it is the total crapfest I've generally heard it was. Some of the extras sound great, too- did you hear about the fan commentary? They're done by Regina, the moderator on the Television Without Pity boards. Just seems like a cool thing to do.

I'm still squeeing over Gilmore Girls. Everyone should watch it. It may be a WB estrogen fest, but it's the funniest and smartest estrogen fest in the world. Then again, if people started watching it I wouldn't be able to steal my catchphrases from there anymore... "Tie your tubes, idiot!" being my current fave.

Well, I watch just about any sitcom on TV... No matter how many times I had already watched it before. :rolleyes:And I actually stay up untill 2 in the morning so I can watch 'Grace Uder Fire' and 'The King Of Queens' for the third time that day.

I was watching The Price Is Right like a grandma during summer. Hooboy.

It's sad to admit it, but I've found myself watching it way too many times for the past weeks. :o

Oh, I already pre-ordered it. I've heard that it has some fantastic extras, even some cartoons made specially for the DVD.

I think maybe she is a reaper. She stole all those post its and never talks to anyone, which is what Rubes tells everyone to do. I also have a feeling Regie knows George is alive deep down. I don't know... I hope the shows does something big soon because nothing is really driving the storylines this season, other then the divorce.
