Never heard anything about her being on Who's The Boss before. Was it a cameo, or was she mentioned?

I was trying to see if anyone else saw it.

Anyway, very silly, but Angela Bower is trying to get a certain ad campaign.

To do so, she watches MTV to become "hip".

The next morning, she tells Samantha about a new " Mister Mister video"
and then about a Rolling Stone with Stevie on the cover.

Samantha then goes " Which Stevie?"

And Angela goes, " Nicks...oh you thought I meant Stevie Winwood"

I just LOVE it.

Wasnt t STEVIE WONDER? I saw it fe years ago, spanish translated of course, and she mentioned Wonder. Cool episode

And do you remember the ALF episode?
They were watching old homevideos of the Tanners, when mom & dad were yound and dating. She appears in hippie way, with long dress and (I guess) flowers in her hair.

And ALF says "who's that, STevie Nicks???"
An she sayas "No, it's me in my hippie days.."

I remember that 'Boss' episode, too... and I had thought she said "Wonder," rather than "Winwood." But I could be wrong.

Fun mention. :D

I thought that would be cool to have, until I found out they used the edited-to-make-room-for-more-commercials syndicated prints. :(

I thought she said Winwood. It made more sense since he was rather big in 1986 too. But I guess I'll see it the next time Nick at Nite airs it.

The best part too was when they danced to "Stepping Out" in the end. I adore that song!!

The last time Stevie was mentioned is in the movie "freaky friday"

There is Jamie Lee Curtis sitting in her car discussing with her daughter 'bout several things. You must know that their identities where switched and so they are locked up in both off there bodies. Mom with the behavour of a 14 year old kid and visa versa.

D. You look like Stevie.
M. Stevie Who
D. Stevie Nicks

Btw, nice movie, seen it on DVD,

I remember that episode of Who's the Boss. The daughter asked which Stevie was on the cover of RS and she names Stevie Nicks and Angela says 'yes that was him' or something like that. I remember that vaguely.

I remember a few other Stevie and Mac mentions on TV.
One was on the show "One Day at a Time". One of the daughters (Valerie Bertinelli) was talking to the super and said that she wanted a hair-do like Stevie Nicks and he was confused as to why she wanted to look like a guy. She then explained who SN was and got into a conversation about how weird Stevie's hair looked for the Tusk LP.

Once on the show Dharma and Greg, Dharma's Mom had on a flowing type dress and Dharma looks at her and says "Well aren't you all thunder only happens when it's raining".

One time I think that it was on Will and Grace, Will finds out that one of his parents had an affair and he says something like " great I find out that my parents are Fleetwood Mac.
