"Trouble In Shangri-La" is one of my favorite FM related albums period, right up there with "Rumors" and "Buckingham Nicks". I've never understood the hate for the Sheryl Crow tracks though. I think they gave Stevie the youth and energy that she was missing on "Street Angel" and even "The Other Side Of The Mirror". This album returned her back to the prime of her career, and she even surpassed "Bella Donna" for me.

I HONESTLY think the WORST mistake of her career was not releasing Fall From Grace as the 1st single. Everyday WTF were the Fing thinkking????????

I about fell off my couch and died when I saw Fall From Grace on the Blockbuster awards. Oh God I thought "WOW they are gonna go a kickass video with fire, Sheryl etc".


I mean HELLO a up tempo rocker like that with Sheryl Crow would of gone str8 up the charts. Then the release that next barfer Sorcer, barf.

How could they be so stupid? This album would have sold millions. Actually theres an LA radio station that plays FFG time to time.

I love: Planet of the etc.(though the intro is my favorite part, without that...)
Too Far From Texehys - Can't get enough of singin those harmonies, and trying new ones.
Sorcerer - this would be ahead of POTU, if potu didn't have the intro - again, fun harmonies too sing..
I love, but listen to slightly less, although best live: Fall From Grace
Next and Worthy: Trouble in Shangri La
Meh: All the rest, although Bombay Saphire, and I think, the last song? Love Changes? get special mention for interesting chordage.
And i agree with Fall From Grace shoulda been released as first single. Kick Ass Live-ness!!!
And i've never heard space needle...can someone suggest for me to listen to it?

Hmm my second fave album after BD and tied with RAL...

One of my ALL Time faves: Bombey Sapphires (this was the song that got me to listen to the rest of the album)

Love: TISL, FFG, LC, IMY

Like: POTU, Candlebright & Sorcerer (sorry but the B/N demo is sooo much better for both songs)

Neutral: TFFT, LI, ED, IOL

Despise: TMMS (some lyrics are okay, but yucky).
