Sharon- thanks for the pictures of Jeff, especially the second one. He was just so pretty. I just got my copy of the new Legacy edition of Grace last week- it comes out on Tuesday here in the U.S. It's great- remastered, with an extra disc of rarities (granted, most people have them, but it's nice to hear 'Forget Her' and 'I Want Someone Badly' on the same disc), and the DVD has some great interview footage with Jeff.

Forgot- sign me up in the Alan Rickman appreciation club. I love his voice. I watch Sense & Sensibility over and over sometimes for him. I wish he weren't so gross as Snape, but I still like hearing him talk. Harry Potter & the GoF will be great- having Ralph Fiennes, Alan Rickman, and Gary Oldman- three of my boyfriends- all in the same film! lol! You know my editor once interviewed Eric Roberts years ago, back in the 1980s and Eric asked him "do you want to interview my sister? She's an actress too you know" He said no, he didn't have the time! ha!

Anyway, you're probably right but they usually ridicule me at work for liking the weirdest guys - so I won't go there! Saying that I've seen and met some of the most handsome guys at press conferences and things . Just this week I met Vince Vaughn, who I never thought much of before, but who is so charming, funny, tall and handsome in the flesh I completely changed my mind. Also totally swoonsome in the flesh were Owen Wilson, Viggo Mortensen (although he's soooo boring) and Hayden Christensen, to name but a few. (I was kinda disappointed by Heath Ledger though, he's a bit short).

The most beautiful woman? Halle Berry will knock you out when you see her in the flesh, so will Sharon Stone and Susan Sarandon (just so graceful and lovely). Bryce Dallas Howard (I think that's right) - Ron Howard's daughter and star of The Village - is stunning too. Goldie Hawn on the other hand is a bit scary.

Johnny, thanks for posting the Ewan pics. I liked him in Trainspotting, but fell in LOVE when I saw him singing "Beyond the Sea," my favorite song of all time, in A Life Less Ordinary. I LOVE him in Moulin Rouge, and I LOVE him in Down With Love as well. Basically, anytime he either smiles or opens his mouth to sing I just melt. Meow.

He's just got that total Cary Grant-esque charm. So does Jude Law, in lesser degrees. I think I'm going to have a heart attack when I see Jude Law in full charm mode as Alfie soon. I saw a poster for it last night at the movie theatre and stopped in my tracks. I'm such a nerd.

Oh, and Hugh Jackman- did anyone see him when he hosted the Tonys last year?? Not this year, but the year before- with the long hair?? I was never a huge Hugh fan- in fact, I resent him a bit because Dougray Scott, my fantasy boyfriend, was supposed to be Wolverine in X-Men and had to back out due to filming obligations on MI:2 and it always annoyed me- but he was BEAUTIFUL on the Tonys. My jaw was on the floor. I actually WATCHED them- who ever watches the Tonys??- because of how hot he looked.

Have you heard his duet with Jane Horrocks on "You're Just In Love"? It's on the CD "The Further Adventures of Little Voice." Unfortunately, it was never released in the States, so you'd either have to download it or buy an import like I did. It's a fantastic duet!

I don't think you're alone in not liking Crowe. I'll put another Crowe pic up- I think he's sort of a Marlon Brando type. He didn't look "hot" in Master and Commander, or whatever that waterfront battle move was called. Cary Grant? Definitely on the + list!

Most of my favs have already been pictured and I'm hopless posting pics anyway--so I'll stick to text for my list:

1-George Clooney--the man is a modern-day Cary Grant.

2-Cary Grant-because he was the original! Even he said he wanted to be Cary Grant!

3-Sean Connery--the man is over 70 and is still fine. Seeing him in old Bond films back in the day makes me swoon.

4-Harrison Ford-I don't think he's aged well but I've been in love with him since I was 12 years old and saw Star Wars for the first time. All my little friends were in love with Mark Hamill but not me--my heart belonged to Harrison.

5-Hugh Grant--Again, very Cary Grant like but in a more inept way which is all the more endearing.

6-Colin Firth-because he just is. He's so good at saying everything without saying much of anything. He just smolders.

7-Russell Crowe-it's that whole bad boy thing he's got going on that I adore.

8-And another golden oldie--Clark Gable. Remember the scene in Gone With the Wind where we (and Scarlett) see him for the first time--standing at the bottom of the stairway at the party? Damn, he was fine.

And I've also got a list for news hotties (this may indicate that I spend way too much of my time watching the news btw)

1-Anderson Cooper-CNN-because he's adorable, funny, and smart.

2-Keith Olbermann-MSNBC-because he's smart and funny and can use his wit to snap lesser beings into bits. And because he's not a media whore unlike 99% of the hacks out there today.

I watched it three times in a row, it's just fantastic. The only song I was kinda disappointed by was Call Me. She sings some parts lower and I didn't like it as much, but apart from that, fabulous. Great to heard Union City Blue live as well, esp since they didn't play that when I saw them live.

I have Union City Blue playing right now. :laugh:

I don't think any version of Call Me can top the "Live" album version, personally; it was mind-blowing. :nod:

Gale Harold is such a hottie! I totally agree. :nod: My best friend is a huge QAF fan. She got me into watching it. It is a really interesting show, and the actors and actresses are really pretty good. Also, the most of the men on there aren't bad to look at either. ;) I did see him on that episode of Law and Order SVU. He did an awesome job. I was totally creept-out by his character, so I knew he did a fab job. He not only looks good, but he is an excellent actor as well---total package!
