Stevie Meets...

[Gypsy-Rhiannon]

Gem, Rachel and myself have been trawling the internet for pictures of Stevie with celebs...and we've added some jokey captions...

WARNING: Enable your sense of humour. We love Stevie dearly and don't wish to offend anyone, this is all in aid of a good giggle. Hope you understand the British sense of humour!

Those are really funny! Thanks for the link.

OMG!! The Billy Idol one had me laughing out loud!! Great job!

[gypsygem81]

It was loads of fun to do! Though I really can't take the credit for the captions - they were all down to Rach and Pip.

That Billy Idol picture just cracks me up. It doesn't even need a caption! My favourite is the Chrissy Hynde one I think.

Thanks for your help Rach and Pip!

When Stevie poses for photo's with others, she doesn't just "pose" with the person, she embraces them! (the first few photo's). That's why we love her!

[Jason T.]

Wait...so who took Don Henley home? lol. Those were great.

THose were fantabulous, thank you.
But I'm curious about the one with Billy Idol.
I've never seen her wear anything like that, so it must have been some event. Do you guys know what it was?

I'm guessing it was the Listening Party or some other party to celebrate the release of TOSOTM

I *think* it was TOSOTM listening party? I'm sure someone else on here can confirm that or tell what it was if it wasn't for that. I'm sure she was Alice in Wonderland

Ah. To me her hairstyle and stuff looks younger than that, but as you know, I'm no expert! I figured it was 83-85, or something. Thanks!

Gem, Rachel & Pip... terrific job, ladies! It's great seeing all of the pics in one place, and the captions are priceless. :D

[Gypsy-Rhiannon]

Here are some more pics of Stevie and pals.
I challenge Pip and Rachel to come up with more witty captions for them!

Here's Stevie with Eddie Van Halen and his wife:

Here she is with, ugh!, yes Mr Achy Breaky Heart, Billy Ray Cyrus

With evil Bret Michaels of Poison fame (he who penned the horrible Love's A Hard Game To Play)

With Jane Wiedlin of the Go Gos

With Miss Piggy :)

She always "looked OSOTM" in the Billy Idol one to me.

At first glance, I thought Van Halen's wife was Robin. Similar "type". It's hard to tell be the way Stevie looks in this one whether or not Robin had already passed, though. Plus I realized the lady's outfit didn't seem too much like something Robin would have worn from what I've seen of her.

Ah! I'm not a Van Halen fan, so I forgot he had been married to her. Being in a Stevie State Of Mind, though, hopefully one can understand why I thought it was Robin at very first glance.

uh, I was a "one day at a time" fan before a Van Halen fan...she was so cute! It's ok, though

Though I know a lot about pop culture that came before me (born in '79), I have never seen that show...heard of it, though.

OMG - I LOVE Jane Wiedlin - and apparently she is shorter than the five foot one inch La Nicks!!!!!!!!

Thanks for these great pics!!!!!

[Claripup]

These pictures are great! I love the quote for the Cher. She totally looks like she's from the wax museum. :p
