Does anybody know if Stevie is under contract still to Warners so that she has to make a solo album now? I have heard rumors that she is. Just curious...

I'm pretty sure she is...she joined Reprise as a solo artist in 1998 after Enchanted...the only thing shes put out with them is TISL...it's unlikely they would sign her for with a one-album contract

To the best of my knowledge, she has a three-album deal with an option for more. :)

Wasn't it just 2 yrs ago, Henley, Sheryl and Stevie among others were lobbying to for the RAC mainly because of "7 albumcontracts"...I'm guessing they either did some good in changing that, or it's just because FM/Stevie are "veteran" artists with the company they give them more lead way
