Anyone else watching this? My hubby is a keen cyclist so he watches it when he can. Sheryl Crow certainly seems to be enjoying it too!

I was wondering if she was there with Lance. I'm happy for them both. :)

Austin has Lance Fever (again!). There are people driving around town with "Go, Lance, Go" in white shoe polish on their rear windshields.

They're a really adorable couple...very cute picture :)
They are so sweet. I'm so happy for both of them. :) :xoxo:
Lance won the 16th and most difficult stage today! He is 3 minutes ahead of the guy in 2nd place. 4 more stages to go!
I got one of those LiveStrong yellow bracelets to support his cancer foundation and I am wearing it now. GO LANCE!!!! :blob2:

I have a yellow bracelet too. They were selling them with the merchandise at Sheryl's UK gigs.

I just watched the complete version of what is printed in the link provided below, And hopefully the truth will come out...I hope he is not doping, But after seeing what was shown in the story I have mixed opinions now.
From what ESPN broadcast there is alot of evidence against Lance that could be extremely damaging to his career, Even to the point where he stated in a former aide's journal "You know enough to bring me completely down".

Can anyone tell me what dope they are referring to? EPA? I have never heard of it. Is it a type of steroid? If Lance has tested clean then I don't see how he could be using.

currently certain steroids that can be masked in some blood/UA tests (Just watching the whole Olympic doping scandals/MLB steroid accusation has shown that these type of illegal substances may exist.). These are the type of substances being mentioned with Lance Armstrong.
Lance has been accused of being able to hide "supposed" illegal enhancement drugs while undergoing "chemo" treatments in the past for his bout with cancer (One of the "chemo" drugs Deb had to take had steroids for the purpose to ease oxygen into her blood since her "white cell" counts were dramatically redused due to the blood infection that nearly killed her.)
Who knows what is true and what is fiction anymore, I just hope he is winning the Tour de France without any doping.

I think it's sad when 'Rumours' like this start and people begin to question whether they might be true or not. Just because the guy has won 5 times already and is heading for the 6th time... doesn't mean he has to be cheating! It always seems that when someone is doing so well, doubt has to be cast. I'm not listening to any of the rumours. Lance is great!

My mom said that evidently, people are spitting at him as he rides by. It's clear a lot of people want to knock him off of his throne so I wouldn't be surprised if all this talk is to try and cause a loss. JMO

Does Greg LeMond need to sell more bicycles? Miss the spotlight? He's dissing a guy that came back from having cancer. If he has proof, then come across with it, otherwise, shut up.

On the radio this morning, they were saying that some dude pulled his pants down as Lance rode by...he was just saying "You're #1 Lance!"
He just won the latest stage - 4 minutes and 9 seconds overall lead. :blob2:
Congratulations to Lance for winning his 6th Tour de France in a row!!!! :blob1:

Greg has absolutely NO proof and is basing his allegations on disgruntled employees lies and IMO, out of jealousy. Lance is the most drug tested athlete of all time. They have run extensive tests on his blood, urine and even a more extensive tissue sample test. He has never tested positive for any illegal drug. Lance has survived cancer when given three months to live. He is an inspiration and a truly remarkable man. No one questioned how it was humanly possible for Greg to win three Tours.....he was idolized for his amazing abilities. It's sad that he has to try and discredit Lance's accomplishments when he has no proof of what he is alledging.
Alot of the German fans did spit on Lance. He is boo'ed, laughed at and spit on as he rides by. No human being should be treated that way. Jan is an amazing athlete as well but he did not win. Accept it and stop embarrassing yourselves on worldwide television. Note...not all of the German fans acted this way..just some. I am sure some American fans embarrassed themselves as well. Unfortunately, Lance expressed that he felt it was mostly German fans spitting on him. His most recent episode of The Lance Chronicles was GREAT! He was talking about not fighting Kloden for the win during the final sprint of the 18th leg. He then stated "then I remembered a couple lougies to the face and said No, he can't win". So he sprinted to the line and beat Kloden by a half length. It was SUPER!!!!
Vive Le Lance! Jan is GORGEOUS!

Our local paper had him on the front page every day for the last couple weeks - yesterday's paper had LOTS of coverage, if anyone's interested. I'm waiting for the parade announcement! I'll definitely go and cheer for our hometown hero! :blob2:
