For me, it was always Turn It On, GYOW, and I'm So Afraid. Or as I call them, the "Holy trinity" of a breakup. Heh!

It's impossible for me to answer this question...I reckon out of the 100 or so commercially available Lindsey songs, 80 of them are probably my joint-favourites lyrically....!lol..!!

Reason why he's my favourite artist is because I enjoy his lyrics just as much as his guitar playing and singing. The alternative "package deal"....!lol!

"Family Man". Blast away. ;)

(You want a serious answer? I do not wish to solely focus on his lyrics; I believe they have to be taken together with the song and the arrangement so that we can get the full effect. And I always listen to them because of their rhythmic quality and because of the "sound" of them, not because of content, in spite of LB having improved in this department over the years. I don't mind if they're not perfectly audible [like they're not on GOS/SYW]; I'd actually like him just to mumble the stuff all the time. Away from that Rumours drama, I say, away! ;))

Lyrically my favorites are as follows:

Save Me a Place (Yeah, it's ridiculously simple, but he says it all in in 30 words. You try doing that.)
Red Rover
Say Goodbye
Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind
Murrow
Go Your Own Way
I'm So Afraid
Street of Dreams
Miranda

Agreed. I really look forwaed to the premiere of his Soundstage so I can hear Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind...I just think it's one of his most beautiful and poignant songs

Lyrically? I dunno... Holiday Road

Just kiddin! :p

Let me see... Lyrically, some of my favourites are (in no particular order):

Thats all for everyone
Walk a Thin Line
Turn it on
You do or you dont
Come (sexy! ;) )
Big Love (simple enough, but I like it)
The Ledge
Tusk
Tango in the night
Shuffle riff
Cant go back
(I want to say "I'm so afraid", but I think his performance of the song gets the point across better than the actual lyrics)
Play in the rain (awaits responce  )
