Creed's breaking up!

Yeah...not sad news to me, really I don't care all that much....

I just think it's amazing that Creed (much like Shania Twain) has managed to release the exact same single many different times with a different title and BAM..it's a hit hahaha...(meaning: I think all their stuff sounds the same...)

I actually liked Creed. I have two of their CDs (never got the first one). I really liked their music, really wanted to see them live. I think the problem started when Scott Stapp was high on something during that Chicago concert. I don't think he addressed it & it made the band look bad. This riff just deepened to a point that it couldn't be repaired. I think it's a shame, but now Scott Stapp goes solo, working on a solo CD, & the other bandmates have formed their own band Altered Bridge. So I can look forward to each of their new stuff.

Here's a little insight to Creed. If you've ever watched their Behind the Music on VH1...? There IS NO story. I especially love the part about Scott living in a closet at Tennessee Wesleyan College in Cleveland, TN. Well I've got news, I grew up in that area, and I have many friends there including people that knew him. It didn't happen that way, and even if he DID live in a closet on the campus he had it made. It's one of the nicest schools in the south.

The drugs? Not true. He didn't get really heavy into drug use until he got famous. I was at the Roxy here in Orlando and *swear on the holy* my friend Louie sold him some X.

And on top of all that, I despise so called "christian" bands who disguise themselves as rockers to sell more records. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, good riddance to Creed.

Scott Stapp wants to be Bono so badly that it's not even funny. That's another reason I hate Creed- Besides the fact that their music blows, and that they were so egotistical, it was obvious that they wanted to be U2, and that just pisses me off :laugh: . But yeah, yay for Creed being no more, and hopefully Limp Bizkit, Nickelback and Good Charlotte will soon follow suit :D.

I HATE hypocrites. He said he was "godly" and yet he would get so drunk he couldn't perform. He got so bloated, you barely recognized Scott anymore. He really got into himself way too much. Really?! I think they sound nothing alike, and shudder to even see them compared since I think Scott W. has an incredible voice and is undeniably one of the greatest frontmen ever. But, then again, I am a fan. Even if you don't care for him, though, his performance ability cannot be denied.

Not dramatic at all. Boy needs some serious manscaping. Unibrows went the way of the dinosaurs ages ago, that long hair makes him look trailer park-ish (as does the wife-beater shirt he's always sporting), and I'd be afraid of what critters are hiding in that chest hair he's got going on. :wavey:

Thanks for the support, diss;). Sure, he may not be the ugliest, but he sure is the 'pukingest'. You can at least give a lot of people who are far from easy on the eyes "character points", but with Scott I need a bucket nearby.

But, again, I suppose it comes back to the "eye of the beholder". I think Keith Richards is one of the sexiest men to ever live {yes, looks-wise (that face says "I've survived a helluva lot, and dammit I'm still here~which I love~), but also the whole package}. *ducks* :)
