Well...it happened. Ordered my Dallas tickets via fanclub in March. I even got a confirmation with my row and seat numbers a couple of weeks later. I thought everything was going great...THEN...I last night I received an email from Fanfire saying that had credited my credit card for my ILLINOIS...YES, ILLINOIS TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!! Hello....never bought tickets to an Illinois show I live in Oklahoma for God's sakes! So I called them this morning...guess what, they SCREWED UP!!!! They actually refunded my money for the TEXAS show. Of course I got someone on the phone who couldn't help me whatsoever and wanted to take my name blah blah blah and have a supervisor call me back...NO THANKS! So while I was on the phone with Fanfire, I pulled up ticketmaster and was able to get sixth row tickets on Lindsey's side. So I told Fanfire to @#%$#$@. And now, once again I have tickets to the show via TICKETMASTER. And don't get me wrong, I am VERY happy that I was able to score good seats, but I'm really more of a Stevie/John McVie fan, so I am still a little disappointed because my seats thru fanfire were 10th row on Stevie's side. But I am still totally pumped that I have great seats to the show. I am just disappointed in myself that I had the "sheep mentality" and blindly followed the stupid club and got burned.

someone was able to get those 6th rows tickets (I pulled up 6th row on Stevie's side last night for the Dallas show Section 102 Row F along with the Section 100 Row F)...
I know how ya feel about Fanfire, I had to call Fanfire myself about a t-shirt order I had placed back in May (At least I spoke to someone who had some "grey-matter" in that lump located 3 feet above their ass) to see if the back ordered item was going to be shipped anytime soon, And I found out it was cancelled, Gee ya think they would've notified me earlier.

That really sucks, but I'm glad you ended up with a decent seat. Now I'm really worried (again) about getting my Hershey ticket - the right ticket for the right show, that is.
And yes, I am aware that I'm a fool for getting a ticket from the club, no need to tell me again, please & thank you.

We can all feel your pain, I think.
I was in a panic about my Cleveland tickets....I called today about the refund on my Pittsburgh tickets, and while I had him on the phone, I asked about the Cleveland ones since the show is in FIVE DAYS!!! They don't have them from the venue yet, so they haven't been mailed yet. Oh Whooooo-piiiiieee!!!
But nice score on those ones from Ticketmaster though!

I'm glad you got good tickets through Ticketmaster. I have fan club tickets for three concerts and I'm a little worried about actually getting the tickets. They're really good seats and I hope FanFire doesn't mess up and lose them.

I know wverybody makes mistakes, but I really hate patterns of incompetence, especially when money - or Fleetwood Mac - is involved.
Have fun in Dallas.

It's a Mac miracle - my Hershey ticket arrived yesterday. And it's the correct ticket!

Skcin: I am glad your ticket arrived :blob2: and it was the right one! That's great. My plot thickened last night however: I received an email from Fanfire saying that they were sorry for the error and they were going to have to re-charge my credit card (you know, the one they debited for Dallas ticket/credited for Illinois mystery ticket). They "apparently" had already sent my DALLAS ticket in the mail when they "CREDITED" my credit card. So once again I was on the phone with Fanfire explaining to them how their incometency has now cost me over $500 for TWO tickets to a Fleetwood Mac SHOW IN DALLAS!!!! Their response was: we won't recharge your credit card for the tickets, just mail them back to us when you get them... I just don't know what to do. I called the credit card company..still no credit from FAnfire. I told fanfire "if" my Dallas tickets arrived in the mail there was no way in hell I was going to mail them back until my credit card was "credited for the tickets". THey seemed to be pretty agreeable with this situation. With all of the screw-ups that have happened I just don't know if I can trust them to credit my card when I mail the tickets back.. Oh yeah, and once again...I know, I know, I deserve it....Baa Baa Baa

Well, if you DO send them the tix, I would make a copy of them to keep for yourself & send it certified mail, or at the very least w/ delivery confirmation. That way if they try to screw you you'll have the proof that you did send them back.

Maybe I can throw a wrench into this mess for you - at PNC in NJ, all they did was scan the barcode - leaving the ticket intact. ;-) So if they did send you the 10th row Stevie side, you can sell the Lindsey side tickets (I'm sure someone here would be happy to take them off your hands! :) and send back the ticket after your card has been credited...AFTER the concert, of course! :]
Just an idea.... LOL
