..Thought you might like to have a go at guessing this word (you did well on my avatar name the other week  )
I didn't know it, but apparantly this is the longest place name in the world! (yes, it's in NZ..don't know where, but it's there)

Good luck..

Haha....btw it means..."the hilltop where Tamatea with the big knees, conqueror of mountains, eater of land, traveller over land and sea, played his kouau (flute) to his beloved"

Sounds like an interesting chappie!

Of course the meaning was easy. It's the pronunciation that always gets me. ;) :wavey:

I'm just listening Pretty Woman mid file, and makes me remind I love that movie. I never get tired of watch it. As "It must have been love", I never get tired of listen it.
As Dangerous Liasons, Moonstruck, Beauty and the Beast, Gone with the Wind, or Lion King.

What are the movies you never get tired of?

Strangely, the Maori language is one that I find easy to pronounce. Acutally, it's not that strange, considering I am a kiwi. The Aboriginal dialects have me stumped though.

Ever see the amazing movie "Once Were Warriors" or read the book? Great depiction of the Maori's. That movie is like a punch in the gut.
