She was doing it around the time of TISL, according to some interviews she gave then.

I don't know about yoga, but she's always loved ballet stuff. I think she does some in the '77 Japan backstage video. Plus she said she loves Lindsey's guitar playing and loves to do ballet to it...can't remember where though.

I remember Stevie saying something about pilates recently, (well she pronounced it pie-lates...so Stevie, to cute for words) which is like a 1st cousin to Yoga. Didn't she also say something about either water arobics or swimming?

She thanks her pilates instructor in the TISL liner notes, for "helping to keep me strong" or something like that.
I've never seen her quoted about yoga, although I wouldn't be surprised if she did it. There is that one photo of her from the TISL era where she's sitting in lotus position (well, modified lotus position; I don't know what she's doing with her hands). Here's a link:
