Has anyone been to his blog? Apparently, all the celebrities are abuzz with it at their cocktail parties because it exposes some juicy gossip about the industry. They believe that the person behind it ("captainhoof") is either George Clooney, Ben Affleck, or Owen Wilson.
Read it for yourself, you won't be disappointed:

Yeah, another website I visit has been discussing this for a while.
I personally don't think it's Owen Wilson (having once been in the great man's presence :) ) or Jim Carrey. Hadn't heard that George Clooney was a possible though. If it is indeed someone famous then I reckon it's Affleck all the way.
Either that or it's fake. Could well be some computer nerd in his bedroom, laughing at how he's fooled everybody. Saying that some of it sounds like it could be true.
Affleck's the only writer of all of those mentioned isn't he? So if it's even a remote possibility, I think it's him.

Owen Wilson co-wrote Bottle Rocket, Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums, which is probably why his name came up. I don't think it's him though, it just doesn't sound like him.
I didn't know he wrote Royal Tenenbaums. I thought he was just another ditzy blonde.

Hey there's nothing wrong with ditzy blondes  I'm a ditzy blonde!
But yeah, Wilson's whole public persona is this slightly dumb, slow-talking stoner dude but in reality he's this super smart writer. A lot of people wish he'd give up the movie star role and get back to writing, me included.
Once again I don't think this is him. He's said in the past how he hand writes most of the scripts he's done, because he can't type.
I soooo think it's Affleck.
I started reading Rance earlier and got sooo sucked into it. God knows Affleck's got a few things to be disappointed about with the Hollywood scene right now, so you could be right. Clooney loves to play practical jokes, so it could be him too.

Is anyone else having trouble getting on that site? I click on the link, and it takes me to a "sidebar" and I can't get to the actual site....
Is it because it's so busy???
Thanks,
Carol
