Anybody going to the Houston show?
And did you have luck with tickets?
I haven't gotten mine yet & am pondering going to a broker or buying last-minute.
I don't think anybody has mentioned plans to attend. (Livia, I'm assuming you'll make it? Cliffdweller? How about you, Christy - just Dallas?

Unfortunately, I won't be at the Houston show. :distress: But I'll definitely be at the Dallas one. Are you going to the Dallas show or are you still on the fence? How about you Livia?

Let me know how you do. I haven't decided if I'll be buying one or two. If I go to a broker, they almost never have just one. None of my Houston friends are big fans when it comes to paying up for good seats.

I thought your mind & imagination were raking leaves with Liza at Detox Mansion. ;)

I'm telling myself I can't afford another Dallas excursion. I have a wedding in Austin the weekend after the Houston show. When is the Dallas show?

IF they indeed change up the setlist, I'll be at the Houston show for sure. If not, I'll just by a 6-pack and sit at home and watch them on PBS, since the Soundstage premiere is the same night (even though I'll be buying the DVD two days before).

Do you guys usually buy reserved seats at the Pavilion? I really like sitting on the hill there. Being surrounded by the trees and the stars while Stevie is singing is really something special, and since they built the wall at the top of the hill, the sound up there is awesome. At the Houston TISL show is 2001, we got to see a big, yellow full moon rise over the reserved section canopy just as "Gold Dust Woman" was starting. By far, my favorite Mac/Stevie concert moment ever...

But even if we don't sit together, I'd really like to meet everyone before/during/after the show. Maybe we could hold the First Annual Night of 1000 Houston Stevies (or Lindseys!)...

first thing....yes i'll be there at the houston show and i've got lawn tickets. like you....i also like sitting on the lawn but i certainly wouldn't turn down a chance to sit in reserved but most of the time the ticket prices are ridiculous so only 3 times have i ever sat in reserved and they were all in the back section.

I am trying to figure out what to do about Dallas tickets. Either pay a buttload on Ebay or risk the last-second ticket blitz. I will be at the Dallas show FOR SURE, even if I have to sit on the lawn in the heat in June. Bleh.

Dang, I just had a nutty idea. If my dad will go along with it, that is. I can hit the Dallas show with my mom, perhaps. No biggie, even if I have to go alone, I'M GOING. The next day, Thursday, is the Houston show, if my dad were to take off work that day, we could drive down, as I just looked and calculated that it would be about a 4 hour drive from Fort Worth to Spring. Even if we left the house at like, 9AM or something, we'd be there by 1-1:30. That leaves LOTS of time before the show to eat lunch and for me to hang out with the Ledgies.

Now, my dad wants to go on a mini-vacation this year (preferably at the end of September, first of October), so if I could talk to him about perhaps going in June, we could have those 4 (well, one for me, 3 for him. LOL) days for our vacation, we could drive from Spring to Corpus Christi (or wherever he's wanting to go) for a couple of days, driving back on Sunday. I dunno. I'll see what I can do. LOL

I REALLY wanna go to at least 2 shows, as they go by so freakin fast, I can't soak it in. LOL
