Anybody else delaying?

As a matter of fact..yes!
I am at work now and supposed to be putting together a story on mentally ill homeless people who are being helped out by a local entity...but I just CAN'T get motivated...I think it has something to do with the fact that I've only got about three weeks of school left and then I'm done...
And to top it off I'm really tired today...so I'm just lazy and hanging out on The Ledge :D

Yay. I'm not alone. Who'll join us? (I'm picturing the Les Miserables finale, with us all marching proudly.) :wavey:

I finally just got mine out last week.
Right now, i'm procrastinating going out. I have off today and I need clothes for work (we now have to wear all black). I just don't feel like moving and I don't feel like trying things on and spending money (this is a first). It's been raining here for two days and it's supposed to rain tomorrow as well. Days like this make me feel like curling up in my bed with a cup of tea and just watching some movies.
I'm also procrastinating on figuring out what i'm doing in the fall -_- Gra.

I'd love to join the club but I did mine as soon as I got my tax forms back from my employer. I wanted my refund!

Oh...was this in reference to taxes only? In that case..I didn't procrastinate..I actually got them done about at the end of January!!! My refunds have come and gone already...
Anyway...now I'm procrastinating writing a paper for a class...it's not even a hard paper, it's a stupid fluff piece on Linda McCartney for a photography class  but like I said earlier, I just can't get motivated where school and work are concerned...I even went out and pulled weeds then cleaned my bathroom to avoid this damn paper....at least now I'm front of the computer! I'm one step closer, maybe next I'll open the MS Word program :)

I wanted my refund, too. I just wanted it to fall on my lap magically.

Interesting. Today when it was time to do taxes and lesson plans, I got the urge to clean the place. Life is full of coincidences.

I'm putting off cycling into the city to buy the TITN DVD by seeing what Jake's latest thread is. :)

Did you just call me a ho?!? That's okay...i'll remember this.... :distress: ;)
To answer your question (was that even a question? lol), they want us to all look the same. We used to just have set colors we were allowed to wear each month. According to the owner, this will look more "professional." They're ordering us all black shirts but no one wants to pay for them since this is a "trial." To me, a trial shouldn't cost me $60 in black shirts (i'm only buying 3).
I still can't figure out the PM thing.

Relax about the ho thing. Most people hate mimes more.
I'm not into work uniforms. I wear a tie every day to work, but damn if I'll let The Man pick it for me.

True.
Well, this certainly beats having to wear khakis but even so, I still don't like it. Especially since I work 11 hours on Monday's...I would just feel more comfortable in something else.
Nothing wrong with a shirt and tie

LOL..I can't remember the last timeI actually got my car registered on time! I'm SO bad about that and then always end up paying more because of the penalty for registering late....haha..one of these days I'll get it in on time...
Also I am glad the days of work uniform are over for me (hopefully) Yesterday I wore an old beat up pair of jeans, an FM tee-shirt and a bandana on my head lol....I LOVe radio...the only time I have to look nice is when I go out and interview people :D

I delay regarding anything and everything, from doing tax returns to doing laundry (my principle: do laundry when you run out of clean underwear). Not a good idea for a grad student with four papers due in three weeks - I know it's wrong, but I'm not disciplined enough to do anything about it! ACK!

I sent mine out in February.
Some of you people are slower than molasses in winter!
