Aerosmith doing "Stop Messin' 'Round"?

[sodascouts]

Just saw a commercial where Steven Tyler was belting this out. Don't think I like that too much, lol. No doubt this is old news but it was the first time I'd been subjected to it, so I thought I'd complain about it in here! lol

I've managed to avoid it so far, though I'm sure my nephew will play it for me the next time I see him!
I recently found out that Dave Edmunds has released a version of the song on a live album - has anyone ever heard it?
That one, I would be interested in hearing -

I read somewhere that it was Joe Perry (the guitarist) who sang "Stop Messin' Round", and not Steven Taylor

Joe Perry has said that he ranked Peter Green above ALL other players out there :)

Anyway, I think they have covered "Stop Messin' Round" before too. As a B-side or maybe a live track. And they've also done "Rattlesnake Shake" but I've never heard any of these. :(
