Billboard.com: Christine to join Mac for summer tour!!!

[Nixxxed]

April Fool!!!

Sorry, I just couldn't resist! And yes, I secretly wish it would really happen too, even if just one show for Old Time's Sake.

You sick person! :wavey:

Sick person? You're probably right...

My original prank ideas were:

Billboard.com: Nicks cocaine relapse!

and

Billboard.com: Buckingham divorces wife, FINALLY comes out!

But I decided instead on the (comparably) tame Christine reunion headline, for obvious reasons. There's also a great and similar AF over on the burnish.net board -- much better than mine -- if you're into these kinda things. And yes, I fell for it, got all excited, then almost cried when I read the last line.

When will I learn?

Good one.

[Livia]

Buckingham divorces wife, FINALLY comes out!

I like that one!!

[wondergirl9847]

How about:

Lindsey Buckingham and Kristen split! Lindsey announces he's in love with......Mick Fleetwood! Says he has been since 1976.

Fans listen to Rumours to try to catch the hidden meanings in songs.

[estranged4life]

(When I read the topic title) Both Ray Charles & Stevie Wonder seen this one coming

A better April Fool's would've been that the Fan Club actually cares and has decided to give everyone back their $$$$...LMAO!!!!

[jbrownsjr]

You got me so bad! My heart started beating fast!

[David R]

I have never pointed and clicked my mouse so fast, bad april fools joke, haha.

David, I like your banner, but Marge's neck doesn't look anything like Stevie's there. (Does anybody's?;) )

- Jake

[David R]

haha, what Marge lacks in neck, she makes up for in hair. Actually Stevie's neck sure does look long in the Mirage cover photo. I never noticed that until you brought that up, jeez thanks, I used to think of a Mac threesome and now I will think of Stevie's long neck when I look at the Mirage cover.

[DownOnRodeo]

David, I love it (as usual).

The question is, though, is Christine represented by Patty or Selma? ;)

[David R]

Oh, I would say Selma cause I can just imagine Christine with a pet iguana named Jub Jub, haha.

[Josh2003]

I'm pretty sure that's Selma...Patty's hair is more triangular.

[littlelies7]

When I saw it was a joke, I nearly cried. :p

I must say...even though Homer's a cartoon character...he looks pretty nice in that black shirt.

[Janet]

It's way after the fact but that was good :)
