I'm surprised that Streisand donated to Clark & Dean but not to Kerry.
I assume it's a typo that Ed Norton donated $10000 to Hillary.

EEK - you can put in your own name!!!!!!!!!

Sadly, my the only contribution listed for me was to Dean

Apparently, DNC contributions are not listed.

Yeah, but she donated $25,000 to the DNC for the nominee, which is Kerry. ;)

And Martha Stewart was the biggest contributor there! She even donated more than George Soros! $75,000 to some!

Oh for goodness sake! I posted this and forgot to search for Stevie's name. Thanks Josh! Now what of the rest of the band?

I think "they" bought that juror - I mean an okay sign to the defense - Come On. But, they can retry - at the cost of probably another million dollars to the state. They should put that juror in jail for a long, long time.

I heard conflicting reports about the okay sign. Apparently, the rumor started on an internet chat forum and has now been picked up by the press. The juror in question is a retired attorney.

That is a TERRIFIC drawing of Miss Stevie! I wonder who did that, it's great.

I would love to have a drawing of Lindsey. Anyone hear draw really well and have it look JUST like Lindsey?

Really? Let me know if you find it, I'd like to check it out. The bastards should be in jail. And you're right, how many millions to retry them?

If your referring to the person depicted in my sig line, that's Dick Cheney. He's the unelected Vice President of the United States.

I think the drawing Christy was actually referring to, was the one at the bottom of Stevie's campaign contributions page....
http://www.newsmeat.com/images/fec/pick-nicks.jpg

Which is a detail from one of Johanna Pieterman's drawings....

Christy, she currently has a full-color drawing of Stevie & Lindsey together on the mainpage of her site (http://www.johannas-art.com/MyArtworkInspiredByStevieNicks.htm), that's pretty amazing. :)

By the way, look at our lady contributing money to politicians! And democratic ones, to boot... I love her more and more every day. ;)

I really curious as to why Stevie contributed (twice) to Sen. Cantwell's campaign, seeing as how Sen. Cantwell is from Washington. I know its not uncommon to donate to politicians from other areas, but Stevie doesn't seem that politically-minded. Maybe she and Maria know each other...interesting.

Maybe she wants to see the Democratic party regain control of the Senate. Who was saying she was apolitical? I beg to differ.

She made the donations in Nov. of 2001. I know that Cantwell was elected in 2000, so I'm curious why she would contribute five years before Cantwell is up for re-election.

Maybe they are friends? Interesting.

When I'm not so tired, i'm going to have to Google Maria Cantwell.
