Maybe someone reported it to a moderator since people were not being very kind towards that woman and some things were being said in bad taste? I don't know, I just scanned that thread, but it looked like it was getting nasty!

It's gone, I noticed it this morning, and I'm glad. Christy, you did nothing wrong by posting the picture. I simply don't understand why people can't accept that Lindsey Buckingham doesn't belong to them, and his life choices (and wife choices!) are his and his alone to make, and criticizing the person he's chosen to make a life with, and have children with, isn't going to make him YOUR (insert jealous fan's name here) husband and not hers.

Whoever chose to delete that thread from yesterday- thank you. You saved me energy by not allowing me to waste my day with anger, and the beginning of a flame war.

Then again, posting my little tirade up here doesn't serve the purpose of deleting the thread!

Well, thanks for the replies. I was just curious. I do appreciate you posting the picture, Christy. Like some of you, I did notice some hostility last night. I don't understand why.:shrug: That was why I posted some more nice pictures of Kristen under the first post. Then, I saw people getting upset, so I reexplained my intention. I was worried it was the pictures I posted. Then, some people came back and said that it wasn't my post that was upsetting, and they understood what I was saying. I was just trying to curb the hostility and maybe change the mood. But that there were a few people who were being kind of mean, and that was who they were talking to. I guess you're right ,Wondergirl; it may have taken a turn for the worst despite some of our best efforts. :distress: It isn't cool when a nice sentiment turns ugly.:(

Amen. Christy.. it was a nice picture and thanks for posting it. But there was some extrmely nasty stuff said in that thread so I'm glad it's gone

I made a harsh, but funny meant comment in that thread, and if that was part of the reason it's gone then I'm sorry, I just want you to know that it was not about the nice picture, but just because there's someone who provokes bad feelings, and I tried to let that person feel it in a "tongue in cheek"-but harsh comment.

i can't promiss I won't do that again, though.;)
