I noticed that as soon as I opened the disc, Marc, and I was just as perplexed as you.
The best answer I could come up with, is that, in re-creating the labels from the original LPs, they added "Disc 1" where "Side 1" would have normally been.

Oh no!!
Another case of a planned double album being cut back to a single album!
It's getting to be an epidemic!!!

that is strange indeed
but the european version doesn't have it and that came out before the US version
maybe they'll fix it for later printings leaving us with a colectable :p

Fleetwood Mac certainly racked up a lot of indelible tracks in their career. The depth and clarity on this single CD is amazing as compared to the original White Album disc, as this FLEETWOOD MAC reissue jumps-right-out-atcha!!!
I LOVE the alternate version of SAY YOU LOVE ME the best! The vocal harmonies are clear and celestial! This cut 13 is more guitar-driven by Buckingham, and creatively spontaneous…. threading cleverly catchy samples with his four different instruments. His two leads give the uplifting intro more bite. And while John McVie plays wondrously melodic and busy bass throughout, Buck’s banjo is more prominent than the first SYLM, radiating a warmth while “mingling” with "Christine Nightingale." :) For the finale – his chime-like lick sparkles radiantly! Yet who would have known back then that Lindsey Buckingham still wasn’t at the top of his game?!?!
I like the BLUE LETTER second rendition, with Buckingham’s aggressively confident ending. On the original, his rocking riff gets lost in the fade…….
JAM #2 is quite cool. It builds and builds, yet never thoroughly reaches a climax.
Good job, guys!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one confused by the Disk 1 label.
