Fan Club TIcket info Sent!

I just recieved this e-mail.....

Ticket locations from the fan club presales have been sent for the following shows on 3/24/04:

05/12 - Green Bay, WI (all tickets were in rows 1-10)
05/23 - Jacksonville, FL (all tickets were in rows 1-14)
06/08 - Hartford, CT (all tickets were in rows 1-16)
06/22 - Chula Vista, CA (all tickets were in rows 1-17)

If you purchased presale tickets (not Platinum Packages) for these shows and have not received your seat location, please contact [email protected]

I have called *6* times since Monday and have recieved estimates ranging from 2 hours......to 5-7 DAYS! :mad: :mad:

I've called at least three times in the last week and these people are rude and don't know what they are talking about. One person told me that this email was a mistake and that they have no idea where my seat is because they have not received the tickets yet. If this was true then they would not have sent out this email and not kow how many rows back the fan club seats go.

Please, everyone call. We need to get a message across!

I'm going to call right now! I want to know where my Jacksonville seats are!

I just had a thought (no comments from the peanut gallery :laugh: )

If people are upset with their seat assignments, they can't make, etc., they will refund their tickets per the 100% refundable option. Although I am unsure of the expiration of the 100% refund option, I think this means the tickets will go back into Ticketmaster for resale. So, keep checking TM. :cool:

Why not? It's your money and you aren't getting the service that was promised. They're f'ing up on their end, so they should be called to task. They can't do anything to you, they're there to serve you. You're the customer.

That might be a good idea since it was their credit card that purchased these tickets. I just don't want them to get upset over this whole thing. They have spent well over 500 dollars on these tickets and I never really explained that this fanclub had a bad reputation.

* 07/01 - Auburn/Seattle, WA (Seats were in rows 1-14)
* 07/05 - Ridgefield, WA (Seats were in rows 1-22) A - V

OK, finally ONE person on Mick's Board received their EXACT seat location - ROW 14! According to her, she's been a member since the beginning & only needed one ticket, AND she did the presale right when it started. Pretty sucky, IMO.

We have third row seats for Madison!!!!! I think I'm having my first heart attack at 22!! We also have 11th row for Green Bay. Not too bad! Some of the better seating I've had at Mac shows.

Has anyone who bought tix through the fan club for the Champaign show gotten their seats? I called them this AM and they said, "they hadn't determined my seat location yet," and to "call back in a week if I still haven't received my seats through email." :rolleyes:

Call every single day. That is what I did and when I finally got the courage to demand I speak to a supervisor at once, I finally found out my seat location! It was a long, stressful process, but I have row 8! Just 8 rows away from Stevie (and the rest of the band of course!)

I got Section 7 for Raleigh? Section 7 is not even in the first sections?????? Those got sent back really fast! I even called customer service to make sure and they said it was cancelled!

Just wanted to let you all know that my seats stink and got send back. My old PC is being fixed and I am next door at Kinko's posting. I got a new PC and I should be all set in a few days!!:D

Just to let you know. I did receive my refund credit for the Raleigh ticket yesterday. I had no problem returning the ticket. That was quite a relief!

I am glad to hear that someone got 4th row center. It seems that everyone else i have heard from are stuck in rows 7 and back. Our fanclub sucks! It makes absolutely no sense why we would have to pay someone an extra $60--80 for worse seats than we can get through TM. Last year i went to four shows and got rows 1-4 everytime through TM. I had to wait closer to show but ended up with two seats front row center once. So where are the front few row seats? I guess they are scalping all of those. I am glad i didn't trust them with my money this year again. My friend and i sat 7th row and could not see over anyone's head because everyone was standing most of the show. And one chick had a big hat on we could not see over. i think you are better off getting seats up higher if you are not in the first four rows--especially if you are not in the center. Well, good luck to those of you waiting for your seats. Hopefully you have some luck. Sara

Did you go through a broker to get a better ticket for this show? Did you say you were going to Mansfield? Did you also purchase this one from the fan club? I hope that you have good luck in obtaining great seats for both show. I just hope that I have nice seats for Mansfield as I am a little disappointed with my Hartford seats~they are Ok but not as Fab as I thought they would be. Wish me luck, too!

The Raleigh ticket was from the fan club Sec 7. Thats not good at all. I don't think I will go to that show unless I get great seats before the show.

I don't know where my Mansfield or Atlanta seats are located yet. I really hope that they are good I got them the minute they when on sale.

I cannot remember though if Blossom sets up a Pit section first or not....and if they do, I can't remember how they letter it, if they start with A, then B, then so on....or if they start AA, then BB, then CC, then DD, then start with A, and so on.......I think one of them does that......it might be Post Gazette in Pittsburgh though......

Congrats!! I made out well too with the Blossom show through the fan club. Sec 13, Row A!!! The webpage was having all kind of problems that day and I didn't get right in so I was very pleasently surprised by this.

TheMacAttack, I too had problems with the site that day. LOL Too funny.
You should have heard me...though I'm sure you had a few choice words also!! I was on there at exactly 1:00pm.....and didn't get tickets until 1:25, when the site finally let me proceed with my purchase!! I also didn't hold much hope.

I still want to say that they have 4 or 5 rows of folding chairs in a pit section in front.....so you may be 5 or 6 rows back and I may wind up 6 or 7 rows back. But hey, at least it's not horrible!!!!
