Living where?
Family?
Career?
Hobbies?
Accomplishments?

I had turned fourteen in January.
* I was living in my parents' ranch house in a Philly suburb.
* I had my mom, dad, and little brother. Our dog was still alive, & so was my grandmother, who lived down the shore. And my extended family was nuts back then, too.
* My career consisted of making it through ninth grade, which was still junior high in those days.
* I had not yet started working out, and I was had given up comic books the previous year. I did draw a lot. My big crush since the eighth grade (Barbara) would soon be replaced by my big crush of the tenth grade (Chris). I ended up having my chance with Chris, but I regret never doing anything but moon over Barbara, who would later use a Stevie line as her senior quote.
* I had won some writing awards and an art award.

I was seven years old living in the same house I'm in now...only my parents were married. :(

We had a chow named King.

I was in the 1st grade at Westridge Christian School.

I can't remember much of anything else.

I was a mere four years old. I was living in a seedy neighborhood in a house we rented from my grandpa's sister. My dad was in prison lol...NOT kidding...he's a shady character, and I have not had any contact with him since I was seven years old!

Lets see...I was attending Little Playmates pre-school, where I met my life-long friend Kari.

We had one dog, Ebony who was just a puppy when I was four, my sister was 14 and I annoyed the crap outta her because all I wanted to watch was cartoons...but thanks to her I now know all of Wham's lyrics by heart...;)

I don't remember much of anything else....

BTW, was your chow black or red? I like the red ones.

Maybe I'm four then, because I'd take watching Bugs Bunny over Wham any day.

I was two...
Living in Pachaco Valley and then San Rafel with my parents and our cat.
Going to pre-school
Loved Rainbow Bright and My Little Ponies and Seaseme Street (supposedly)
Loved coloring books
Earliest memory around this time was getting into my friends moms make-up bag, she was not pleased with me or her daughter.

I was six and in the first grade. I was living in the Bay Area in California which is where I still live. We had just gotten a kitten named Sammy who to this day is still the best ever cat even though he is no longer alive. We had a big slobbery bull mastif dog named Rosie too. I didn't really like her because she smell and always got drool everywhere. I liked to collect stickers especially scratch and sniff ones. I don't think I started collecting Garbage Pail Kids until the next year.

I was 12 years old
Living in an apartment with my grandmother, my baby brother and my cat Sylvester ( who I had up until two years ago). Mom moved away due to a bad divorce but I visited her when I was able to and got to watch MTV.

I wasn't attending school at this point and not because I was a bad ass or anything~~Those times were not the best of times so I was a self taught child.

I loved music, movies and reading. Hanging out with Brandy and Jeremy. Starting my vinyl collection.

Career wishes were always ones that had to do with music as in radio, being in the background of it as being shy really didn't make me crave the spotlight.

Things I honed in that time were the gift of composing poetry and drawing cute cartoon characters.

Living where: I was living in the same city I still live in--in my 2nd year of College, I think it was the 2nd year anyway.

Family: Mom, Dad, me, and my much-beloved first Dachshund, Dutch was still alive. He was my 10th birthday present and he lived until I was 25. I still miss him.

Career: None, other than writing bad papers for English Lit classes. I didn't have a clue as to what I wanted to do yet.

Hobbies: The Mighty Mac of course--I've been a fan since the White Album--which I brought when I was 10 years old in 1975. Huge music fan and big reader--still am.

Accomplishments: None that I can remember.

Well, 20 years ago, Justin was 5, and Lindsey was promoting Go Insane. I WISH I had been into Lindsey/FM back then, but ah well, as Stevie did say, everything happens for a reason.

My chow was black. He bit my aunt's earlobe off tho. We had to sell him, as my mom became scared he would bite me. She was hugging him and as we all know, most dogs don't like to be hugged or have their face nuzzled.

I missed him REALLY bad, but some breeders came and bought him and he had many children/grandchildren, so it's cool. :)

I like the look of chows, but they do have a rep for attacking, perhaps due to over-breeding these days.

No--but my grandmother was a fan! She died six years ago--at the age of 92. I had a rocking grandma. Dutch had eclectic musical tastes--he liked Willie Nelson, Little Feat, and Bonnie Raitt. Go figure. My second dachshund really liked Stevie though. And he was fond of the Allman Brothers.

Yes, in Fair Haven~~an area technically in New Haven by the Quinnipiac River.
I have lived in most of the Havens (Fair, New, East and West)~Right now, in West Haven. The only Haven I did not reside in was North Haven.

I just go where my family goes as I live with my mom and siblings.

Animals are amazing when it comes to music~~my deceased cat Sylvester loved the Mac and The Eagles. My sister's cat relaxes with me when I have my stereo on but he seems more taken with TV~Animal Planet is his favorite.

My sister had a HotDog named Phoebe and he was so cute~~I miss him.

Twenty years ago....I was a freshman in High School. Dealing with my parents divorce and becoming a teenager with all the wonderful angst and confusion that goes along with it:laugh:

It was hell and it sucked....I often refer to it as the "Nightmare on Elm Street"...(that WAS the name of the street I lived on).

My family was breaking up...and my parents, my brother and I all had different was of dealing with it. We all became 4 lost souls.

I started dating my first boyfriend...who was a very sweet kid...and of course, at 16 I thought we'd get married and live happily ever after:laugh:

It was the time of the "hair-bands" and there was a concert to go to atleast once a month!!! You name 'em....I saw 'em!!

I had my little group of friends...very small 'cause I was REAL shy and insecure...and we partied and had fun and got in trouble.

But around this time, I discovered the healing power of music. And that's something I carry with me to this day:nod:

Thanks Jake :)

Somehow, me and my Mom did okay...she eventually remarried and my stepdad is really a good guy.

My husband and I have been together for 18 years (married for 12) which is longer than my parents have been married. We have our own home and a wonderful little boy. I'm actually the only female (on my mom's side) in my family to own a house which is kinda cool:cool:

My dad passed away 5 months before I got married...to this day I believe he died broken hearted. :(

My brother is okay. He's got a good job and friends, but love still eludes him, which is a shame 'cause he's such a sweet guy. He's pretty much given up on finding love, but I still have hope he will!!

20 years ago ~ I was still living the fairytale (as I call it). I was 13 and my parents were still married. I was in the best years of school. 7th grade rocked. I played basketball (half court) and played the tenor saxophone. My favorite movies were "The Outsiders" and "Footloose" I remember my favorite music was Prince's "Purple Rain" and Madonna "Like a Virgin". I spent my summer riding my bike and playing in the creek by the house and watching MTV for days on end.

Living where?

At nearly 14 years of age I was living at home in Muskogee, OK.

Family?

My Mom, her stupid @#$%^&* boyfriend (My Father died was I was 7 in Oct.1977) & me.

Career?

None...

Hobbies?

Started to build my music library (My 2 older brothers and myself have only one thing in common, Large music collections...Mine is now the largest) back in 1984 with the first cassette I bought for myself, "Powerslave" by Iron Maiden (I still have the tape since it has a sentimental value to me)

Accomplishments?

MVP of my baseball team...I was the cleaup hitter and tore it up on the diamond (I played all 3 positions in the outfield)

I was taking some classes at a local college and was not that happy there. I worked part time at a dept. store.
I can't really remember that much. Those were not years that I favored.
I did really like some band called Fleetwood Mac now that much I know.

I haven't gotten rid of most of my cassettes. No sentimental value, and they're pretty much crap. Some day I'll toss them.

For a long time I saved my first (of many) cassettes of Rumours, which has the ribbon hanging far out from being eaten my a lousy player. Couldn't bring myself to get rid of it. You just never know how G-d might judge that kind of action.;)

No kids at this point so inlaws were the family around us then.

Working in a dull office across town.. the same town I'm living in now!
