norah jones' new disc

if anyone here has picked up Norah's new album "Feels Like Home" what do you think of it? I like it because it has a bit more variety than her first album. It's a bit more pop than her first album though. I hope she dosn't sell out though, I would really be mad if she just started doing pop crap.

I haven't heard it yet, but it's on my list....and I also hope she doesn't sell out....Liz Phair comes to mind....her single bugs the crap outta me!!!

I really like Norah's first single Sunrise. I don't think she'll sell out... the song sounds like Norah Jones to me :nod:

I'm liking Katie Melua more than Norah Jones right now. You whould check her out if you haven't heard of her. Her album is no1 in the UK right now

Haven't bought it yet but heard snips of it on an NPR interview. What I have heard sounds very nice.

I bought it while I was on my lunch break from work. It then got me to listen to her first album, which is really good! I only heard "Sunrise", when I got to her new album, and then I stopped to do some other things.

I'll get to it.

Bought it last night, have yet to play it. I really liked what I heard of Sunrise. Her songs are so soothing.

Norah Jones's new video for Sunrise is absolute hilarium. Has anyone seen it yet? So funny.

I loved most of the tracks of Feels Like Home. She sounds relaxed but also like she's having a real good time. The duet with Dolly Parton ("Creepin' In") is impressive; my favorite song is one co-writen by her ("Toes") which is just precious. "Sunrise", "Those Sweet Words" and "Humble Me" are the other tracks that I remember now without having another look at the tracklisting. She rules and she's precious too. :nod:

I don't have it yet, but it is the top one on my list. I heard Sunrise though and really like it. I saw snippets of the video on the commercial for the record and it looks like a pretty cool one. I loved her first album, so hopefully this second one will be just as good, if not better!

Finally opened it up and played it....it's great!! Every track is good!! It's short though, only 45 minutes long!!!
