It looks like the "If Anyone Falls Video."

[chiliD]

The video from Mick Fleetwood's Zoo's "I Want You Back" (a tune that Lindsey co-wrote with Steve Ross and sounds like it was a Tusk outtake)

Same costumes, but ChiliD is right, it's one of the last shots in I Want You Back.

This picture was taken at the Christmas Carol performance Stevie did a few years ago when she read the part of one of the ghosts. This picture is also from that show. http://www.nicksfix.com/xmas97photos.htm

Yep. She's even holding the script, and has those sophisticated little spectacles.

I wonder if they shot the videos for I Want You Back and If Anyone Falls on the same day? But they each appear in each other's videos with the same outfits and makeup on (Mick in his dark hooded robe and Stevie in that awesome long, white gown). There is a pic on some websites of the two of them, full length, dressed like that. I have acolor copy of it too that someone sent me once, but it's not as clear as the copy I used to have back from a magazine interview in the 80's. It's awesome seeing the full length pic of that dress. It's gorgeous. I don't know how to post a scan here....if anyone can let me know, I can scan my pic to show you.....
