Attention All Stevie Archivists

Okay, I'm not even sure if "archivists" is a word but here goes: I'm looking for a Stevie photo that features her in short hair. It seems like I've seen a picture of her on the web with short hair, like a layered bob, and it looked like it was a Rumours-era live performance shot. I have a bet wagered on this, so I hope this rings a bell to someone.

Here is her highschool yearbook photo. Does that help? I don't recall seeing her with a bob hairstyle during the Rumours tour.

Cliffdweller, this was the subject of a discussion some time ago. Somebody found a picture on ebay and linked to it, that depicted Stevie in a red dress and her top hat from the Rumours era, and with what appeared to be a short layered bob. After much scrutiny and debate by the "experts" here, lol, it was decided that the photo had been doctored and that Stevie's hair was never that short.

I think somebody even posted a copy of the original unaltered photo, and you could see the difference. I don't think the seller of the picture was trying to intentionally show Stevie with short hair, but just alter the background, and Stevie's hair got removed.

Does anybody else recall this?

This may be the case in the photo that I saw. But it looked like she was swinging her head back and that she had a short, layered bob. You couldn't see the back of it, so her hair could have been tied back.

I remember that "bob or not" thread. I don't remember that the picture was retouched -I just remember (I think?) that it was just layered hair with all the long falling in back and hidden. Didn't someone post the same pic but taken from a slightly different angle that showed the hair in back?

Stevie had a bob in the early days of the first Fleetwood Mac album. I have a video of it somewhere, it was pro-shot. :)

I have an old photo of Stevie & Lindsey onstage playing guitar. I dont think its B/N era but more White Album. Defintley pre-rumours. Stevie's hair looks coiffed a bit. If I can remember ill scan it next time Im doing that. Its a beautiful photo.

I think this is the one that I was thinking about. It looks like a short, layered "shag-type" cut. This is in the concert where Stevie is wearing jeans and appears to be pre-implants :laugh:
