Which is better audio quality?

[sodascouts]

A nice guy fiddled with my less-than-stellar quality MP3 of "Mirror Mirror" and sent me two improved MP3s of it, suggesting I listen closely and see which cleaned-up version sounds better. Sadly, I can't decide! I'd like to know you guys' opinions to help me decide which one to put up on my site.

Cleaned Up Mirror Mirror #1 (http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~nkerns/MP3/mirrormirror01.mp3)

Cleaned Up Mirror Mirror #2 (http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~nkerns/MP3/mirrormirror.mp3)

Your input is appreciated!

Edit: I've taken them down now - thanks again!

They definitely sound close but I thought that the first one might be a little bit clearer.

I think Mirror Mirror # 1 is slightly better.

I agree, #1 is the best...but they are very close none-the-less.

Thanks guys! I'll use the first one.
