SYW Song Survivor "by the numbers"

So a lot of you were whining about the outcome of the Survivor poll. Usually that's just the way the game works, if you've ever watched it play out on tv. The strongest or the favorites don't always win.

To get a different perspective on what we think are the most liked songs from SYW, I thought it'd be kind of interesting to rank them from 1 to 18(1 being the most liked and 18 the least liked). Then average the numbers of each ledgie to a final list at the end. Of course this probably should be done throughout the course of the thread to get a good idea of the standing of the songs as we go. If anyone is bored and wants to do the math jump right in. :)

I hope you've heard the GOS version of Say Goodbye because it frickin ROCKS and I love it MUCH more than the SYW version. It's cleaner (for lack of a better word) and his singing is softer. The very end is better too, that guitar sound is GREATNESS!!

Also, the GOS version sounds Beatles-esque. :rolleyes: LOL Yeah, I said it. :laugh:

And I don't know about you but in many ways, Silver Girl gets a bad rap from me *because* the other Stevie songs are so damn good. If Silver Girl had been on Mirage or Tango, it might have fitted in better (for me).


Oh BTW, needless to say, Not Make Believe is no. 1 or 2 for me. No Limit is greatness too, but he didn't write it, so ... :o
