...how Ticketmaster works? I am trying for fairly decent seats...not on the floor...to the Bossier City, LA venue. I called the arena yesterday and they still have good seats available but can't sell them over the phone.
So far...all Ticketmaster is offering is floor seats....in the very back...or nosebleed sections in the upper levels.

I have MS and can't stand through the entire concert therefore floor seats wouldn't benefit me in the least.

I guess my question is...does Ticketmaster release all of the seats when they first go on sale and this is all that is left? Or do they release more seats closer to the concert date.

I know this may be a stupid question...but I am from old school of the days when we camped out for two nights for great tickets. :)

Thanks for any help you can give me. :)

Just a suggestion, that perhaps you could get disabled seats due to your MS? Sometimes they have great sections reserved for disabled people (rightfully so I may add).

Can you go down to the box office and pick tickets up? Did they say how you could get those "unsalable over the phone" tickets? Call back and ask. Or push to find out when or how you could get them.

Thanks for your reply Stephanie. :)

It would be a 4 hour drive to Bossier City to get the tickets from where I live. The representative told me over the phone that the arena only sells from the box office....over the phone sales are done through Ticketmaster. I will however take your advice and call them again on Monday to make sure.

As for the disabled seating...I am not positive but I think they are only available for patrons in wheelchairs. I am ambulatory but simply can't stand for long periods of time. I could use a wheelchair but I would hate to possibly take a reserved spot for someone who is confined to a wheelchair full time.

Thanks again, Hon.

I do believe you could get accessible seating due to your MS. My niece is diabetic and sits in the disabled section at all concerts in our area.
She is ambulatory but can not stand for long periods of time esp. if her blood sugar isn't stable.
It may vary from venue to venue but I would definitely check it out.
Good Luck!
