....on the radio here in Denver on 97.3 KBCO.

It sounds fantastic.....better than the CD version....It starts with a new guitar solo, more electric ...and Stevie voice on the verses is more prominent and then on the verses where Stevie would branch off in 2 part harmony- is replaced w/Lindseys harmony.

Also the guitar solo on the middle is different, again more electric sounding...not as country twangy as on the CD...and then the last chorus is mostly accapella the first time and then the music kicks in and to my ears it sounds like a different Stevie vocal....and then it just suddenly ends...no fade.

I wonder if John Shanks remixed it....and how many mixes there are??? I hope someone is able to post this as it wont be available to retail ...perhaps FM.com will make it available as a downloadable single!!!.

YES! I'm so glad they took the kiddies off of the end. They were way too cutesy for a single.

If they release any more singles, they'd been do "Everybody Finds Out"! That would be great for a dance remix a la "Planets of the Universe" except much, much better. And POTU did pretty well on the dance charts, if I remember correctly.

I heard the remix of Say You Will tonight on the radio! I was so excited.. it is a great version.. way better than the cd version. I was a little surprised by it.. especially when I heard that they kept the kids on at the end. It still works though. For anyone in the NY/NJ/CT area.. I heard it on 106.7 Lite FM.

Oooooh!!!!!

Is there definitely not going to be a coimmercial single released then??????

It would be a real shame if they didnt

I suppose even more importantly, are they going to make a REAL video for this release?

My roommate told me that he heard it on 95.5 WPLJ in NYC this morning. He couldn't really describe how it was different though. I can't wait to hear it too!

My mom said she hears it on the radio all the time..i am like "wha"? I never hear it..cause she just started listening to the new album and she knew SYW by heart and i was like whoa...so at least i know they are playing it around here..they play Peacekeeper alot so i am sure SYW will be in heavy rotation soon :)

:distress: I still have not heard anything from the new album here in Columbus, of course my CD is playing mostly but i do check. The only MAC I am hearing is the classic hits. That really makes me mad. They are on freaking tour, so you should think that people would be excited for it and playing their music. Oh well..maybe I am assuming too much as not everyone likes their music but this new album has great potential!
Just makes me mad. Oh well..maybe I should get a job in music and promote like it should be done.

You do remember correctly, POTU was a #1 club hit for her which wasn't too much of a surprise, Stevie does have a gay following.

I had my first "Say You Will" radio sighting today (for fans in my area, I heard it on Mix 94.1 (http://www.wvmx.com/main.html), out of Cincinnati, OH.).

The new mix sounds really great, and I love what they did with the ending. I think everyone will be pleased. :D

(Be sure to call your local pop/rock/AC stations, and request it!)

By the way, anyone can listen to Mix 94.1 online, by clicking here (http://www.wvmx.com/streaming.html).

It seems there are two versions ... or rather two endings to the remix.
Re-mixed by mr. Lord-Alge:

Thanks for the info, deribish! :)

The remix has Chris Lord-Alge's style written all-over it, and is reminiscent of what he did for the radio mix of Stevie's "Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind."

The "single remix cold" is what I heard on the radio yesterday, with the abrupt ending.

Hopefully whoever snags one of these babies will share it with everyone else, as I'm certain it's going to be hard to get a copy on eBay for a good while (well, unless you're able to pay big-bucks for it).

I'm just bumping this up for anyone who gets a copy of the single mix and wouldn't mind sharing it?
