Just when you think you've seen everything...


Someone named Sarabella posted some lovely pictures from the Buffalo concert over on Mick's board. This person made sure to note that they were copyrighted and they were going to enforce it if it was violated. They are beautiful photos and if you haven't seen them, it might even be worth a trip over to the board to view them.


I noticed the following statement from Jackie edited into Sarabella's post:


"ADMIN NOTE: Sorry Sarabella, but I need to add this regarding the selling of these pictures. _Not only does Sarabella not want to see these pictures be put up for sale but Warner Brothers/Reprise Records would not be happy either and would step in also. _I would strongly recommend that none of the pictures posted in this thread or in any other thread on this board end up on eBay or anywhere else for sale. Having said that, Sarabella these pictures are super!! _Thank you so much for sharing them with us...........Jackie"



Why would Warner Bros step in here but allow thousands of other auctions on Ebay to continue?



I also noticed Jackie locked the thread about the bootleg video/dvd from the DC show after she got the word from the Black Knight. It's good to know that Jackie won't be purchasing that video or dvd and it's a crying shame that she won't have that memory of her show to watch. I guess that's what happens when you cross over to the dark side and turn on your fellow fans. I hope Jackie has burned or destroyed all of the bootlegs she has collected over the years. I think Warner Bros would not be too "happy" to know that their chief police agent had her own stash of illegal material from FM.

I think the issue seems to be with THESE photos. Sarabella said people were emailing her about buying them and if she? doesn't want to sell them to other fans, that's her choice.

I wonder why Jackie feels WB/Reprise would be so interested in someone selling THESE pictures and would 'step in'?

Amen to that. She just "gets off" of that supposed power that she feels being one of the minions. It is really evident in that not only does she post to every little nuance over there but, is forever correcting, dictating, locking, etc. ppls threads, but, guess what? She cannot lock anyone elses site nor anyones minds. And, slowly but, surely, so many of the original "faithful" are beginning to see the light.

I am so glad that I saw it early. I just hope to GOD that management and the powers that be, whether it be the individual members or their reps, get off their asses and do something about all of this. I know that the timing is wrong with the tour and so forth, but, so does Knight and he is hitting it while he can. SHAME ON ALL THOSE WHO COULD TAKE CARE OF HIM AND ARE NOT. This may not end up like I want it to, but, it will not be because myself and some other dedicated ppl have not tried to the best of our abilities.

And, with that said, I want to AGAIN, encourage any and all that will to file a complaint with the CA Atty Gens office and with the FBI Internet Fraud division. You may think that because you used your benefits to buy a seat that you cannot complain, but, you certainly can complain. And, nothing is going to get EVERYONES attention quite like questions from legal areas, specially the two that I have mentioned.

I am dismayed to hear of Jackie allowing herself to be in a position of threatening/warning the fans. Shouldn't Mr. Todd do his dirty work himself? I guess they feel beholding to him. And that's sad. Their roles have certainly evolved haven't they? Orignially they wanted to be "board administrators" so they could facilitate communications for the fans. Jackie's whole tone has changed. you know, she is SO full of it. The Mac would have to start with the other ten million ppl who are selling and have sold their images over the years. She is speaking without any consent I am sure and Reprise would probably not love that she said that. She is not really in the know about legal things, I am sure. You have to be careful how you say things and what you say. She is in a position of a certain amount of authority, but, she needs to remember that she is representing Jonathan Todd, NOT the mac nor Reprise...Hey, she is no one on a power trip. Well dispite not being a member of the 'fan club' I have seen the official pictures they have on offer and quite frankly my 7 year old could do better. As usual the fans have come up with the goods and have shared freely which is why I already have a couple of boots to listen to and some great pictures to look at.

I remember too. And she's also now posted that she was at last night's sound check, and she talks about the band's dinner menu last night, so maybe there is some official connection.

when i visited micks site i saw a lot of suspicious things. lots of posts aimed at luring fans to ask for things the fan club later tried to do. the meet greet was the worst most obvious ploy. a lot of fans got riled up at the outrageous cost. i'm not sure how many noticed it was a set up. certain folks who i suspect are not fans were always behind a lot of the baiting. i always thought certain posters were not mere fans but baiters employed by the site. the people who supposedly used to be regular fans and who now work for the site, who knows anything about them? anybody ever meet or know these people before micks site got started? i think a lot of stuff posted there is staged and phony and has a hidden agenda.

Trinity is real. I happened to sit next to him at AHI 2001, and he was a gung-ho fan just like the rest of us. Unfortunately, I think his position as admin has compromised him. At one time he told me he was upset about how people's posts were getting deleted without explanation. Now he helps delete them. :(

And, as for Trin, I have heard lots of good things about him, and I hope that he wakes up. I know she has avoided fan contact after shows for quite a while. You are so fortunate to have gotten her attention. Jackie never fails to amuse and sicken you at the same time. After the fanclub posted those first awful photos and videos they came back with some slightly improved ones - taken from the 20th row, instead of the nosebleed section. Someone asked Jackie if they could post a few for the message board members who didn't join the fanclub and the BlackKnight agreed. Jackie's then posted this:

"Since Knight's in a pretty giving mood tonight though I'll ask him to make sure that the band knows that all of us love the song and wish it was still in the setlist." _

Or at least let band members know how we got the shaft. MITCH SNYDER ORGANIZATION CALIFORNIA handles all Fleedwood Mac's Tour Publicity, this is where our anger needs to vented!! The band will hear it for sure if we direct it to publicity manager. I do not have an email address only phone number. Yes, it did cost me a buck or two but I did vent on them!!! As of last night only about 60 people had responded to the thread to win that Mick autographed poster flat. MOST of them are new people who have barely posted and were probably responding to the MICK FLEETWOOD email that was sent to people who are members of that board. I guess all of a sudden they don't need your home phone number and address to enter this contest but they needed it for the fanclub members to win the lithographs. They're nothing if not inconsistent and liars.

As I said before this is all about Mick. Wasn't the last few prizes on the board Mick signed stuff?? The latest comp is for Micks autograph yet again. Tell us which new “Say You Will” song has your favorite “Mick Drumming Moment”. Ok... yes...his drums complete the mix but they are not what I notice about any of the songs on Say You Will. To me this is a way to get people posting on the board as it is more like a ghost town over there...

I did finally as estranged posted snag some front row seats for OKC concert, but with know help from fan club. Thank God I got rid of the 3 crappy tickets I did get through fan club sell. I got my tickets in the mail that I had to beg, borrow and steal to get. I didn't really steal anything to get tickets!!! Basically gave up 4 tickets for 2, anyway these front row tickets say on them fan club sale. No way, Myself and daughter and other idiots here in OKC who bought into the whole fan club BS were on line 9:00 sharp and continued for several hours, some all day to get decent seats. Nothing in the front 3 floor sections was ever offered to any of us. Also why did we never see this happy fan club member post anywhere about his great fan club seats? Tickets say on them bought thru fan club sale. OK-LANDSLIDE

Here is my question. I read a few days ago about a video/DVD available from the Wash. D.C. show by a guy named Todd. I guess it's the same Todd all you guys are talking about. He gave out an email address if anyone was interested in buying it. Then I saw Seeknpeace say he would buy it and get back to us on the quality, etc., so we all wouldn't waste our money in case it was lousy. Seek....what's the word on the DVD? Is it too good to be true, as I suspect it is? I would love to get one of the concert. Judging from all of your comments on this thread, it would seem that this Todd character is someone to be leary of. As you can tell, I'm not all up to date on this stuff. I'm still ticked off that FM pulled RTTG off the playlist. That doesn't sit too well with me. That was one of the best songs in the show. What are they thinking? :( Bill

I read the post and saw the photos everyone was talking about and in her own words, she said she was a runner. If you weren't familiar with the term, you wouldn't think twice about it. It is rather unusual for industry people to be buying tickets in a fan club presale. One of the things that used to drive me crazy when I worked shows were the comped "vip's" who always thought they were a little bit better than the rest of us because they got a free ticket to the shows. Even worse than them were the folks with laminates who thought the world should just fall at their feet because they had a laminate. Not all of them were like that though. And the really important people, well they didn't wear laminates most of them. Worst case, there are certain "vip" seats that are held back by the promoter that can be bought if no comps are available. Believe me, these seats are excellent and it can be done with a phone call as long as you know who to call. So I'll let you guys draw your own conclusions.

I don't know the person at all, and wouldn't call her a "fraud" but I do know she wasn't the only one to score front row seats in the fan club. One other member posted he scored front row tickets at two separate sales. Hey, if they did, I'm happy for them. It's how the rest of the sales went and the lack of info about the distribution that has been nothing but a mystery and a misery for the members.

Well, the Todd person does not seem to be our dearly beloved JTodd...he is a different person. Lives in Maryland. However, he has not responded to my emails nor have I received the dvd since I paid his sorry ass. $38.50. So, if he does not get that dvd to me soon or let me know what is up, I am going to get a refund from my credit card company for nondelivery of goods and he can eat that. All I want is the respect of a response and if he is kind enough to do so I will post it here, but, for now DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY.

Bingo. The fact that there is no rule to that effect anywhere in sight is very disconcerting, and speaks volumes about the true motives of the fan club. Jackie and Trinity are now official fan club affiliates, are they not? Any reputable club would not allow them the "perks" of front row seats and rehearsal trips, *especially* with all of the controversy surrounding the presale. Hundreds of fanclub members are upset and vocal about not getting the seats they were promised, so what does the fanclub do? Ignores the uproar AND gives two of its affiliates tickets to the rehearsal and god knows what else. Something smells very, very rotten.

There were actually two besides "Sarabella": Luke got front row for Columbus through the club, and Tiff got front row for one of the CA shows. To my knowledge, both are your average fans with no connections to the club. These are the *only* two that I know of who got front row, and I don't know of anyone who got second row, third row, fourth row, fifth row, etc. from the club.

Actually, by their own admissions, they are both industry people. They have said so on their posts on Mick's board. I'm not trying to stir up trouble by posting this just stating what they have stated in their own posts. Maybe this is just a coincidence. Maybe they do things differently in their cities. What I do know is that here, if you want to go to a show and you work in the industry you call someone for tickets.:confused:

I would also like to reiterate that one person got front row tickets not once but twice.

As of last month I sent emails to anyone I could get an email address to complaining about fraud fan club. Not only as I mentioned before did they take my 11 year old daughters also. This was purchased only because the KNIGHT said only 4 tickets per venue, we needed 6 so therefore bought 2 sorry fan club memberships. Not true at all I talked with others who bought up to eight tickets during fan club pre-****ty sale with 1 membership.
I came unglued on other site and ask them how in the hell could they justify cheating an 11 year old out of her $60.00. I want to gag now thinking back on the 2 slugs in control over there e-mailed my daughter telling her how sorry they were about her not getting good seats. Maybe your mommy can take you to another venue and you will get better seats there sweety, as I recall their comments.

LIES LIES LIES!!! All of the bull crap they put out to us!! At least my STEVIE (11 year old I mean 12 as of May 25) knows now what the real world is about. Money grubbing PIGS and you must watch closely for them during your life I told her.

As of today I have heard nothing from fan club about refund!! Oh I take that back Trinity said about a month ago he would work on it and see what he could do. LOL I believe that when PIGS fly!! The upside is I did use credit card to purchase memberships with and I filed complaint with credit card company and charges were taken off as of now. That was about a month ago and I was told if fan club doesn't dispute reversal of charges within 45 days then I am home free. I have never been so disgusted with a concert pre sale in my whole life........I couldn't even listen to CD for 3-4 days I was so pissed about all the lies we were told. I was almost not even going to go to concert over the whole fiasco. I took some time cooled off and said to myself would Stevie, Lindsey and John really intentionally do this to their fans. No I don't think so for 1 minute. But I hope they catch on soon and get rid of JT he is giving band a bad rep. OK-Landslide
