Orders made after these dates may still arrive by Christmas. We post all orders promptly, but given the seasonal pressure on the postal service, some deliveries may take longer than usual.

Starstruck Memorabilia offers only genuinely hand signed autographs and memorabilia.We have been members of the UACC (#9876) since 2004 and we strictly adhere to their code of ethics.The majority of our items are sourced directly from a select group of known and trusted In Person dealers based in the UK, Germany and the United States.
Most of the remainder originate from respected UACC Registered Dealers. These will be supplied with the original dealer COA.
A small number of items have been sourced through the mail.
We do not sell any secretarial, printed or stamped autographs.
Our experience and careful sourcing means that we can be certain that all the autographs that we supply are authentic.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.
Other payment methods may be accepted on request. Please contact us if you require assistance.
Do I have to pay straightaway after ordering?
No, but unless you have made a prior arrangement with us, please make your payment within 3 days of purchase. If you are having any issues with Paypal or problems with making your payment, please do inform us. We are understanding and will be happy to wait as long as we are aware of the circumstances.
What happens if I don't pay
If no payment or contact has been received within 7 days of purchase, we will open a non payment case with and relist the item for sale. Non payers will be blocked from making future purchases.
Has my order been dispatched?
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been despatched, normally within 48 hours of payment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched, usually, you can expect to receive it within:
3-4 Working days for UK and Channel Islands delivery addresses.
5-7 Working days for European delivery addresses.
7-12 Working days for delivery addresses outside of Europe.

How do I return an item?
We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee of satisfaction.
If you wish to return an item under this guarantee, you need to inform us within 30 days of receipt.
You must have taken good care of the item and return it in the same condition in which it was sent.
Postage costs will only be reimbursed where an item proves to be 'not as described'.
To make a return, please first contact us via or via our email address (which you will receive with your order).
Please provide the reason you wish to return the item and we will send a reply including all necessary return details.
Please ensure you package the item securely and obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
After 30 days of purchase we will only accept returns in the unlikely event an item fails professional authentication.
We process all refunds promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
