Presented is an amazing Fleetwood Mac autograph display. The highlight central piece is a Lindsey Buckingham and John McVie signed leather tour jacket. It is well designed with an embroidered penguin on the back along with the band name logo. Both of the signatures below the logo are in silver felt pen and grade a (9). The jacket is manufactured by Vintage Leather size L.
The penguin is the band mascot favored by John McVie. His fascination with the birds originated from when he lived near London Zoo during the early days of his marriage to Christine McVie. He was a member of the Zoological Society and would spend hours at the zoo studying and watching the penguins.
Penguin is also the title of the seventh album by the rock band, released in 1973. It was the first Fleetwood Mac album after the departure of Danny Kirwan and first to feature Bob Weston and the only one to feature Dave Walker.
Also in the central part of the shadowbox display (35.5″ x 36″) on the jacket is a candid autographed Stevie Nicks 8×10 photo. It was signed by the rockstar Nicks in black felt tip (“9”) with the inscription, “Love.”
