1938 Vintage Photo by ACME. A plan by which, it was charged, Nazi Germany expected to obtain important United States Military and Defense secrets through agents in the eastern area was outlined by U.S. Attorney Lamar Hardy in Federal Court in New York City Oct. 17. Hardy was sketching the case against three persons accused of spying. Johanna Hofmann, Otto Hermann Voss and Erich Glaser. Here, shows the view of the crowd around the building where trial was held.
