Default Mick makes cameo at Crowded House show in London

He introduced the band and played “I Got You” during their encore set.

Until his next bankruptcy. It won't be long, because he's an idiot.

That's what I was exactly thinking. Unless he is about to put on sale his new Mick Fleetwood bathroom bleach foamer, or the Mick Fleetwood Portable Air Compressor Pump DC 12V Tire Inflator.

Another potential new layer:

Sheryl Crow is opening for Crowded House.

That would be a most definite breaking of the chain.

Just say no to any more FM.

Pathetic.

Sheryl Crow opened in 1994 for Crowded House when I saw them in Philadelphia. Fleetwood Mac is over.

I doubt he/she is.

What about that interview before her death where Christine says the only real version of Fleetwood Mac is one with Stevie and Lindsey in it (I remember reading it prior to her death but can't locate it at the moment)?

To me, that seemed like she had spoken to Lindsey and/or Stevie and given them her blessing to continue without her, should anything (God forbid, at the time), happen to her.

John's DONE, and Christine is dead. Any more viable product will be lame AF.

Have you heard of a duo called Buckingham Nicks? They actually recorded an album and have appeared at each other's solo shows on and off for decades.

If they have a reunion, say at Hyde Park in London, the crowd will go nuts regardless of whether Mick and John are there.

Besides, Mick wants to do it. Lindsey wants to do it. Stevie is ummm-ing and ahhh-ing and playing coy.

Regardless of what you might think, most non-diehard fans don't know who John McVie is. He is replaceable in that sense and there are A TONNE of great bassists who could fill his shoes.

Agree 100% with every point you made here. I have always felt that despite what the members say they will eventually reunite in some configuration and do a Fleetwood Mac world tour with Mick, Lindsey & Stevie.

I think Stevie's comments about Lindsey in that MOJO interview ruled that out. Even IF I THOUGHT I could work with Lindsey. It's been almost seven years since he was fired and she hasn't changed her message at all. She knows she can't in a band with him, or she knows she doesn't want him in her band And my read of her comment about his health is he can't handle a tour/keep up with her.

She's touring arenas in Europe (not multi night stands at arenas like FM did) and she's doing one show in London playing to gosh knows how many tens of thousands of people in a public park on her own. Also, we don't hear Mick speaking of wanting to work with Lindsey any more.

I wish there could have been another album.

Yes, but I also understand the definition of delusional.

Insurance will probably cover meds....

Incorrect. In 2018 she wasn't even entertaining hypotheticals.

Also, what if Mick isn't involved and they do another Buckingham Nicks album? Or a simple one-off gig where Lindsey guests on Landslide? I can see it happening, including with the montage of Christine, at Hyde Park in London.
