Default Bump……back to the topic

Just watched the making of the BuckMcVie album again. Christine is shown singing on Lindsey’s songs and she even mentions how she is singing on his songs. So for those of you that still think Christine isn’t on Lindsey’s tracks give the video another view.

When I heard the harmonies on Lindsey's songs, I thought they were Christine singing. I don't put my ear to the speaker to check if they're her or not.

I still have never heard the Sleeping Around The Corner bonus track from Seeds We Sow.

The mix is a bit different at the bridge at the end of the track. I like the version better on the BuckMcVie release. I wanted all to see that Christine says she is on Lindsey’s tracks and to see some examples on the video clip. I love this video of the making of the album. It cracks me up how Lindsey tip toes around the recording of the album and doesn’t just come out and say “ It became a duet album because Stevie wouldn’t record with us” I love how footage of all 5 of them was sprinkled in.

Lindsey has always been so good at emulating the other's voices, it's hard to tell, sometimes.

That is for sure. There are so many of his solo tracks that sound like he has Stevie and Christine on them. I remember some of his solo album reviews often referenced just that.

On Too Far Gone, it sounds just like Stevie towards the end., during the break.

Yes…and I think everyone would agree that Red Sun has Stevie Nicks all over it.

Perhaps the most FM sounding track on BuckVie.

I think some folks don't have the ear for it. I can hear Christine on a lot of things. I just don't argue because it's pointless (at some point).

I have even read that one poster say they don't hear Christine on Don't Stop.

So... you just have to read, smile and move on.
