So far, I've completed the Bella Donna tour and am working my way through Stevie's miscellaneous performances from 1981-present. I started doing it because of how the CD a Day thing petered out so quickly leaving a lot of people wondering what had happened and looking forward to shows/discs that were no longer being posted. I had traded a few times with Tiff and she had a fantastic collection that a lot of people would have been thrilled to see posted either at this board or the other one. I've always loved sharing what I've collected over the years. It bothers me that there will be a lot of people at the other board who would have been able to download what's been or will be posted but no longer can. Hopefully, they will find thier way here so they can download these shows/discs and add them to their collections. So, all that being said, eventually I'll try to get almost my entire boot collection up here. What I have on cassette I won't be able to transfer to post right now because I just don't have the time. Where I have more than one source for a show I will take the better quality source and post it rather than posting two or three copies of the same show. For some tours, like Rumours and Tusk my collection is woefully small. If anyone has any shows that I do not it would be great if they could fill in the blanks. I won't promise you'll get a CD a day but I will get everything up as quick as I can. Everything being posted is in MP3 format at no less than 128kbps (for files I downloaded originally from fan sites). The majority of everything is 160kbps or higher. For the lossless people, some of this stuff is available in lossless format at the Thrown Down torrent site or from Dime and Trader's Den. WOW Saint Bernard -- you really ARE a Saint, in every sense of the word.
I worry though, that if the other board ("whose name cannot be mentioned" - OK, so I rented the latest Harry Potter movie last night....) finds out what you are doing, is there any danger that you will be banned and can't get any more music for yourself or to share with us? I'd hate to see your kindness to us get misinterpreted. (I requested to become a member over there 3 times, and got "regretably" rejected 3 times. I had to laugh over the term "regretably" which was used in my rejection E-mail. I don't think the term was used sincerely...) A couple of these shows I didn't even know were available. Thank you so much for all this music. You must've spent half a day uploading everything! Thank you for your time and effort. These shows deserve a thread of their own.
